Made an appointment online for 5 with my account number to upgrade a couple phones on a business account. Arrived at 5, signed in and was immediately told No one in the store could help me I would need to call Verizon business as they had No Verizon business rep in their own Verizon store. I then sat in the store for an hour twenty minutes over the phone trying to understand all the options audibly. Rude people. What is Verizon doing to these poor employees that they’re so miserable?
This store is terrible, we switched from AT&T to Verizon and had to switch back to AT&T within less than three months. We had no cell service in many parts of the Cape and the customer service at this Hyannis location was brutal. Only one associate was available to help, they kept turning everyone at the door away. I went to AT&T and they had four associates helping people and they were more than happy to help us switch back and actually got my bill lower than Verizon.
After an absolutely horrible experience at the Hyannis Verizon store, I went to the Verizon store in South Yarmouth where I was greeted warmly and where the problem that I had tried to have resolved in Hyannis was resolved in less than five minutes! Danielle was wonderful! I will never go to the Hyannis store again!
