Terrible service. Have you wait hours. I would recommend boost mobile or cricket wireless over this dump.
Had issue with incorrect billing on my invoice. It took some time in the store to get the problems corrected. Fausto Tineo contacted Verizon Billing directly while I waited, they determined the problem and corrected the invoice. 5 Star support.
After going to the Hyannis Verizon store 4/21, wanting to upgrade to new plans and new phones. I was told by the lady that I needed to go home and look at plan choices on my computer and choose from them before she could help me. I said you can't show me the plans, she said I needed to look at them from home 1st. 25 min ride each way. Not a big deal. So come home and start a chat, spent 2 hrs ordering and upgrading service and phones, all the sudden a new person comes on the chat and wants me to start over!!!! So frustrating... read more
