Two Verizon agents, One Hour and NO resolution!!! Came in to find and adjust a setting on my Galaxy Ultra. After ONE FULL HOUR and TWO Verizon agents(the second one unsuccessfully trying to google it on his laptop), they could not find it. I went home and found it myself. It took me about 10 minutes to go through and find the required menu to change the setting. I guess it said "No technical skills required" to work at this branch of Verizon Wireless.
If you want to resolve your issue, this is the place to go. I only use this branch, even though I've moved quite far away. Crostobal Alba resolved my issue in 30 minutes, even though I had visited other branches several times over the past month. Thank you very much, you are a true professional.
Been a customer for over 20 years with 4 lines. Came in to get an issue fixed with pop-ups and the guy there wouldn't even look at my phone. Told me he can't help and to go to At&t 3 doors down. Ridiculous
Best customer service ever thank you for the store manager Chris his team Anthony, Jose & Andres ! They explained me all the process. They were really nice and helpful and made the upgrade of the plan and my cell phone. Very smooth. Highly recommend recommended best Verizon in Miami.
We had a very bad experience at this Verizon store. They sold us a certified used phone as if it were brand new, which was later confirmed by Verizon Customer Service. When we first brought this up, one of the salespeople was dismissive and even called us “crazy.” The manager, Maxi, acted indifferent and disrespectful, and even denied what was clearly shown on the computer. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If possible, go to another Verizon store instead.
