We had a very bad experience at this Verizon store. They sold us a certified used phone as if it were brand new, which was later confirmed by Verizon Customer Service. When we first brought this up, one of the salespeople was dismissive and even called us “crazy.” The manager, Maxi, acted indifferent and disrespectful, and even denied what was clearly shown on the computer. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If possible, go to another Verizon store instead.
Terrible experience! This store sold us a used phone as if it were brand new, which we only realized later. When we tried to complain, they refused to deal with us, treated us disrespectfully, and offered no solution. Completely unreliable store – I would not recommend it to anyone!
