I wish I knew the associates name that scammed me. I wanted to trade in a Samsung galaxy s23fe for a new iPhone . He takes my phone and doesn’t credit it on my account. Meaning I pay full amount for my phone. As soon as I unlocked my phone he runs in the back. I didn’t realize he stole until months after. I’ve read on Reddit, that’s what these retail(non corporate) stores do. Don’t ever leave without a receipt. It’s Miami they will scam you here be wise. This store specifically.

I went to the store today and Edwin’s customer service was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to assist me with my issue and had me out of the store in record time. I will definitely return to this store with this type of service. Very happy customer.
