De verdad que el servicio no es muy agradable si destaco que al llegar me saludaron al entrar pero la persona de pelo blanco al escuchar que solo necesitaba imprimir mi factura le cambio su rostro como de discordia al no ser una posiblr venta de algun equipo , luego de eso en lo que estabamos hablando llego otra persona que si necesitaba el servicio que el queria hacer y le dio prioridad a a el antes que a mi yo ya que estaba primero para un tramite de 5min , posterior a eso me dice que necesita mi id fisicamente lo cual yo ... read more
Worst customer service ever… walked in willing to spend and i didn’t even get greeted, no welcome to Verizon, absolutely nothing. I spend 15 minutes walking around the store looking at the phones and no one even approach me until one of the alarms went off and not even with that I got any help, I just walked out. I have been a customer for 7 years and this service is unacceptable.
