Worst experience ever. Purchased the iPhone 17 over 3 weeks ago. Never received it. Unable to contact store since they do not answer the phone. Went into this store to resolve and was told they can’t help me and I needed to call customer service. On the phone with customer service for 30 minutes who said I needed to file a claim with ups. Ups said they can’t accept claim because verizon doesn’t allow it. Do not buy from this store.
A wonderful place to buy a phone
Went in with my grandfather needing a new IPad, left without an IPad but with all the information we needed to do what was best for us. The integrity of the older African American gentleman that helped us turned our day around after being on a 2 hour wild goose chase! (We failed to ask for a name, but he deserves his props!)
