I wanted to share my recent experience at one of your locations, as it left me feeling both frustrated and disappointed. I visited the store because my Samsung phone, which had been working perfectly fine, suddenly stopped sending and receiving messages. I was told that downloading the message would fix the issue, and while it temporarily did, I was confused. The response I received was simply, "It’s just a Samsung issue." What started as a very frustrating experience caused by incompetent online support, was saved by an awesome in-Store team member!! Tony spent more than an hour with me and with Verizon’s team on the phone. Pushing back against their canned answers and insisting on getting the problem solved while I’m there. He went above and beyond and showed his true customer obsession. If it weren’t from Tony I would’ve moved my business elsewhere
I had the worst experience here. I have been struggling to figure out something. I made the time to ask for help. They had no intention to help me at all. Worst customer service ever. They just try to get rid of you asap.
Stopped in for help replacing a cracked screen. Didn’t need to buy anything just needed someone to put it on for me. Tony was wonderful! In and out in five minutes. Thank you!!
