As a Verizon customer for 25 years, this was the worst experience I've had at a Corporate Verizon store ever! I came in to upgrade my phone, the salesperson that helped was horrible. He didn't even apply my upgrade discount or ask to see how I could save money. I was there for 2 hours transferring my data, when I could have just done it at home. I dont even trust that I received the best deal. He left for the day without asking if I needed anything else. The other two guys were nice enough, but I had to leave without my phon... read more
