I do not recommend Verizon based on my recent experience. I experienced some financial hardship and was transparent with Verizon support throughout the process. I contacted support regularly, made multiple payments, and clearly communicated that I was working to pay the remaining balance. The agents I spoke with were friendly and personable, and after I paid more than half of the balance, an agent set up a promise-to-pay arrangement for the remaining amount.
