Warning! Do not trust the salesmen at the Vestal Verizon! We were customers for 29 years with Verizon and we believed in what we were told. A few days after Christmas, we went to Verizon to exchange a phone I purchased for my husband as a gift. The manager told us of a promotion that included a free phone for Christmas. It all sounded too good to be true so I repetitively asked what the catch was. “It’s a promotion…There is no catch” we were told. We would see the charge on the bill and a credit underneath it. Stopped in to trade in phones for new phones. Great store and employees. Took the time to help me and were very polite. Love the new phones my family received
Andrew solved complicated issues caused by third party stores. He worked with customer support to resolve problems after a phone was lost, and luckily found. It pays to work with Verizon corporate stores and not third party. Thank you Andrew!
Always takes forever, getting a new phone and setting up a plan is super expensive and time consuming. Bring a snack and a sleeping bag, your staying awhile
