We stopped by Verizon in Novato because our grandson was at an event nearby. Brian helped us purchase two new phones as ours were so old they would soon become obsolete. Many features of the new phones were new to us. Brian facilitated a great price, patiently explained the details of the new phones and showed us various options of the phones available. We're very happy with our phones and can contact Brian whenever needed. It's quite refreshing to receive this level of customer service! Thanks Brian!
I have had a couple good experiences in the the Novato store, but Gadiel is the most helpful sales person I have ever met. He also has all the technical answers.
