Well not sure what to say went to the local office in san rafael and was less then moved by the service so I left and drove to novato help was soooo much better .....but its still so confusing I upgraded my phone added my partner to our account and got her a new phone as well ....but is it just me .....why do I always feel like it's a shell game you get a free phone but you pay something bill goes way up and it's always more then you expect Verizon has amazing coverage but is so so so much more .....not sure how much longer ... read more
Go to anotherstore. I've spent a total of 4 hours here and they can't transfer my stuff and now they won't reactitavt my new phone!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
Second one in when they opened. They helped several other people. Never made eye contact or asked if I needed anything. Sucked! I will never go there again. Probably switch provider.14 Aug 25
We stopped by Verizon in Novato because our grandson was at an event nearby. Brian helped us purchase two new phones as ours were so old they would soon become obsolete. Many features of the new phones were new to us. Brian facilitated a great price, patiently explained the details of the new phones and showed us various options of the phones available. We're very happy with our phones and can contact Brian whenever needed. It's quite refreshing to receive this level of customer service! Thanks Brian!
