Employees were awesome (5 stars), but despite all their research & trying another way, the bill pay machine can't accept a debit card. Took 90 minutes and a trip to the bank for cash to complete what could have been a 5-minute transaction. Machine also had a sign on it shamelessly announcing it can't print a receipt. 0 stars for entire bill paying experience. signed up for 4 lines transferring from at&t asked for the insurance and everything spent over 6 hours in the store, Later they messed up and gave the wrong phone numbers to the wrong phones and that took a while to fix all while they didnt comp for the phones we traded in so we were paying extra. Hi I went in to the Novato Verizon today to make an appt for my elderly mom. I was making an appt with one gentleman when I walked in and the manager Jason overheard and was telling us to call billing instead buy wasn't understanding that it doesn't work for my mom who is elderly, caring for my sick father. He was very dismissive and made her cry. I have been a Verizon customer for years and never had a problem with that location until today.
