Genuinely not sure why there are bad reviews! I’ve been in here 3 times and every time I’ve been immediately helped, the staff has been incredibly helpful, and have been in and out very quickly. I’ve been to numerous Verizon locations (and same with other mobile/internet companies) and by far have had the best experience at this location.
The employee that tried to help me gave me a phone number to call. That phone number was disconnected. Online trying to PAY a bill was such a bad experience I changed to Xfinity
The service was terrible. I do not feel secure with what they have done with my personal data. Additionally, I canceled service immediately due to being deeply dissatisfied with the service, and I am still receiving bills. Verizon claims my account is inactive but I am staring at an active bill right now. I also have no way have accessing my account because my mobile number is not associated with it. I have absolutely no way of resolving the issue— customer service can’t help me.
