Never answers phone calls. Has 17 hoops to jump thru to call them as they don’t have a direct line. Then they never answer the phone. Pretty disconcerting as they regard themselves as a “AAA” company.

Women put in my address wrong, lost my place in line for my phone after waiting 3 weeks now the employees here just shrug and tell me l have to wait TO EVEN ORDER AGAIN. The only thing the employees here are authorized to do is sell phones they can't even talk to customer service themselves they send you outside to talk to a foreign person who has all the same information THEY HAVE AT THE STORE. Their service is set up to "potential spam". However if I want to block # I HAVE to pay $. Talk about shady business practices. So I keep on not answering-#s. And remember, Verizon does not care about you. Ai will respond below.
