Women put in my address wrong, lost my place in line for my phone after waiting 3 weeks now the employees here just shrug and tell me l have to wait TO EVEN ORDER AGAIN. The only thing the employees here are authorized to do is sell phones they can't even talk to customer service themselves they send you outside to talk to a foreign person who has all the same information THEY HAVE AT THE STORE.

Solid experience once a rep was free. Grossly underestimated wait time (stated 20 min, actual close to an hour).

Hands down worst experience at Verizon, I’ve been to other locations like Ruidoso and Alamogordo and they are usually regular visits. Was expecting help but instead I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I’ve now been to the Verizon store twice, with two different employees and my phone STILL doesn’t work. I expected at least a basic level of help, but instead I got rude, dismissive staff who made it clear they had no interest in actually solving the problem.
