If I could give a 0, I would. I've had my phone with Verizon for over 20 years. I went into this store to get a new phone (mine was dropped and broken, unusable) and move my number from a family line to an individual line. The store refused to help and told me to call customer service. With no phone, I had to chat on my computer and spent three hours being shuffled around.
