I wanted a quick gift - a $500 gift card for a present for family. It was a 20-30 minute wait, with no option to just buy a simple gift card. The associate couldn't tell me where to get one. I went to Target and bought a $500 Apple card gift instead, in just a couple minutes. Just an insanely bad business model for a Verizon "store"

Was not Vsry good vist there 1:30pm said we Would be helped We Sat table For 20 min No one Helped my son And I so I eent Back up ask Again About Servince guy said I'll be right There Waited 5 min Then got told it would be 45 min They Would text or call so my son And I went Shopping in Mall they said We text you while No they did not Now The guy said I'll be with You In Min we waited another 10 min walked back Up I told guy Take me off List Am leaving Goint to Cosco now .

Been with Verizon for 25 plus years, Been going to this store since it opened, always been treated with respect and they have been able to fix my problem simple and complicated.

This verizon store is hands down the best that I have ever used all the staff were super friendly and I was in and out within the hour.
