I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in a couple of weeks ago with my brother to switch his line over to Verizon. The lady at the front greeted us and said the wait would be no more than 5 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting 20 minutes, during which time we watched multiple staff members walk back and forth, gossiping around a table. Great store. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I had a super one-off scenario which entailed a stack of questions. Bianca was super helpful and made me feel assisted and heard. Bianca, thank you for another great Verizon experience. #giveBiancaaraise
Not very helpful in store. I asked how to synk my iPhone to my iPad and the guy said you cannot. I know you can because I had it done before I got my new iPad. Do the employees know what to do? Not very helpful people. He also new nothing about upgrades because the mail office made appt for me to come in here and assured me they new what they are doing. THEY DO NOT. They need to be retrained and have respect for the customer. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN
