Poor customer service, I get technology fails but no reason to have a pissy fit, go to the ford rd store instead 🤣
The worst customer service store for verizion out there. I have had tmobile for 15 year and last year i moved to verizion the worst mistake i have ever made. The charge 40$ for upgrade fee and another $50 to help set up your phone. This manager at this branch tried to tell me that tmobile charges as well for the setup and in 15 yeara never got charged. The other thing is they are very RUDE and have zero training on dealing with customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO TO THE STORE BY KROGER SO MUCH BETTER SERVICE
The wife lost her phone. Namin treated us very well. He was friendly, personal and worked on getting us a new phone at the best cost. This is the only Verizon store that we will go to.
I had an issue with my phone and went to Verizon in Westland for help. Adam was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was wrong and got everything working again. Excellent customer service
