Went in to get my screen protector replaced. The woman helping was so rude, not offering any solutions whatsoever just reiterating that they don’t sell the screen protector I was replacing. Had me take my old one off just to not offer to sell me a new one or anything. Just to tell me I’m SOL. My husband and I have been with Verizon for almost 10 years. Verizon is literally the worst service I’ve ever had had two phones from them the Service was absolutely garbage went and got my service switched was told it was better was probably even worst paying $240 a month for one iPhone 16 that don’t even work I switched to T mobile phone works great no matter where I am and it’s $80 a month best decision ever will never return to Verizon and I hope new customers don’t get tricked into paying all that money for terrible service go to T mobile everytime I told them my service was bad ... read more
horrible service, they threatened to call police to remove me when i requested the store manager to help me get my number back on my old phone, i went to the other stores instead got the help, and other store people said this westland store people are very lazy, they kick people out, so they dont need to work, the store is empty all the time.
I’ve had great customer service experience here in the past. However, the last visit was pointless. I was looking to get a trade-in. The rep (a young lady) was downright rude and muttering some discontent as if I were inconveniencing her. I asked some questions about pricing and all I got was “it’ll cost the same.” I noticed all the other reps didn’t bother to step in or help. Just a heads for anyone wanting to get support…find a better location OR just go online, do your own research, and chat with virtual agents.
Mark was super helpful getting me my new phone and answering all of my questions, definitely recommend this location!
