Worse customer service from a representative at this store after being told from another store that they can help me with my account issue regarding my phone at their corporate office. The guy represnetative with pepper gray hair would not even help me. He was always talking over me for not remembering my pin number which I wanted to reset and was told their corporate office can help me if I show them my ID which I did. Avoid this store if you actually want help. I wasted over a month trying to upgrade 5 lines here because it was the only store that had the phones in stock. Every single visit was the same excuses: “We can’t help,” “It’s an error we’ve never seen,” or “We don’t know what to do.” I was constantly told to call Verizon service because they “couldn’t do anything.” Verizon service said it could be done — so it turned into a never-ending back and forth. I was so very reluctant to get a new phone because I knew there would be a transition period when I would need to remember a bunch of passwords. My sister dragged me there, and thank God she did. Justin took me through the process of purchase, getting me the best plan he could, and transition, helping me find passwords and getting around roadblocks. The phone was free, which is great. Now if we could upgrade my brain, life would be sweet. Many thanks to Justin for his time and attention.
I didn't want to believe the one star reviews but these people are truly not helpful. I had a couple simple questions and they couldn't answer them and all of their vibes felt fake and you can truly tell none of them really wanted to help you. They just wanted to talk you into loops until you give up and leave. I switched from t mobile. I now really regret it.
