It was supposed to just picked up a phone but they ended up switching the Whole order, adding services I did not requested and double the bill in my previous quote at the CS line.
I had a problem while trying to do a trade in, i was told by customer service that my iPhone 14 would have a $830 value, but when i came to the store the guy told me that the value was $150, i had to contact customer service at the moment so they can respect the value price they told me, then the guy said they do not takes payments in the stores
Tried calling this store 10 times, 3 times they picked up the phone and hung up, I was trying to alert them that someone hacked my verizon account, ordered phones fraudulently and about to be picked up at their store, guess they dont care about losing thousands of dollars, because thats not coming out of my pocket. Seriously? Answer your phone
Great customer service. Both Joe and Fred are the best associates. They are both friendly and knowledgeable.
Worse customer service from a representative at this store after being told from another store that they can help me with my account issue regarding my phone at their corporate office. The guy represnetative with pepper gray hair would not even help me. He was always talking over me for not remembering my pin number which I wanted to reset and was told their corporate office can help me if I show them my ID which I did.
