If I can give a negative star, I would. After being with Verizon for 20 years, I never had seconds thoughts till this store visit. This store is very unprofessional, disrespectful and unmotivated. I went on a Friday around 1:00pm. Salespeople were unmotivated and seemed lack of organization. The young lady had a very terrible demeanor and a lot of attitude. Horrible experience.
