No help whatsoever. Had us wait over 45 minutes just to ask if they had a case in stock. Spoiler: they didn't, and had no idea where we could get one.
I have been with Verizon for about 26 years. I got to where I hated to go to that store because of rudeness. I hope Jacob Romero days at the Waco store, number 2896201 store, he was so kindness and most polite salesperson I have had in years. I think he could use some praises for all the kindness he gives people.
Andrew was so help! Thanks so much for your patience and professionalism!!!! You’re the best!!!!
