Worst experience I have ever had was yesterday. I switched providers and when I came to turn in my WiFi items I was told they couldn't take it. Talked to me like a child and loudly in front of several customers. I was so embarrassed by the whole deal. Finally took back my WiFi devices and when I tried to turn in my phones like customer service told me to do they refused that. I left almost in tears because of the way I was talked to. One of the most unprofessional places of business I have ever encountered. I couldn’t hear the first sales rep who approached me because of the noise from employees (?), then was directed to another rep who is trying to explain why I’m not due for an upgrade despite emails. Unfortunately, I had a hard time listening because the employees sitting down next to her (us) were very loud and wouldn’t be quiet.
