This location offers technical support and sales. The staff is very knowledgeable, and customer service is excellent. Athena helped my daughter and I resolve an ongoing issuee with Visual voice mail not working and missing a lot ov voice mail messages as well due to McAfee VPN.
I had a really great experience at this location the wait was really short and the manager Joshua was so helpful! also Desi who helped me set up my phone was awesome and I would definitely come back and recommend this location to everyone in Waco. Customer service, environment, atmosphere all 5 states thank you.
