Ali was the employee who was supposed to help me, but he was rude and disrespectful the entire time. He was laughing in front of me while I was trying to explain what I needed help with on my phone. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be documented. I have been a customer for 20 years! I got new phones and internet at this Verizon store based on information I was given in person by a sales associate. What I was told did not match what was actually put on my account. Since then, I have spent months going back and forth on the phone trying to get the issues corrected, with no real resolution. Worst experience I have ever had was yesterday. I switched providers and when I came to turn in my WiFi items I was told they couldn't take it. Talked to me like a child and loudly in front of several customers. I was so embarrassed by the whole deal. Finally took back my WiFi devices and when I tried to turn in my phones like customer service told me to do they refused that. I left almost in tears because of the way I was talked to. Thank you Todd. Thank you for helping me with a shipping label when Verizon corporate cus service was giving me the run around. He understood that I'm a truck driver. I cant just pull onto any parking lot without someone being upset. He was able to email me the return label. Once again, thank you
