One of the most unprofessional places of business I have ever encountered. I couldn’t hear the first sales rep who approached me because of the noise from employees (?), then was directed to another rep who is trying to explain why I’m not due for an upgrade despite emails. Unfortunately, I had a hard time listening because the employees sitting down next to her (us) were very loud and wouldn’t be quiet. Can I give verizon as a whole 0 Stars? Have been trying to get a $40 credit I was promised back in august when I got new phones.. Now you have to login to "claim the $20 credit for our 2 day outtage recently" Sell your verizon stock if you own any
