Employees acted like they didn't want to help my wife with her new phone after we drove 100 miles to that town and drove all over that mall before we found them!
My Z Fold 5 is about a year old. The front screen protector they sold me and installed is coming off. Within a few weeks it was showing a small detachment, indicating they did a poor job. Now it is half detached and effects touch commands. They told me I need to put in a warranty claim with protector manufacturer, then they would install. I asked if they had one in stock that I could just buy and be done with it. They did not have in stock. My opinion, they only care about new phone sales.
