Went in with a cracked screen protector and the gentleman who helped me was quick and efficient. One of the better Verizon’s I have been to and will come back again. Edit: 3 years later and still great service. My phone port that connects my charger was not working. Cameron took his tools and went to work to clean out the debris. Now my phone is finally connecting again. Thanks Cameron!
Service on getting the items was great, but I didn't like extra upgrade fees still on my account after the rep said they'd waive those fees. They tried to tell me I was late on my monthly dues when I never was. Once speaking to a corporate rep on the phone, they had no choice but to remove the fees they originally offered to remove. The manager never apologized or even came to speak to me on the issue. Instead, she wanted to have an attitude and go to the back office without speaking to me.
