Verizon is the WORST. Their customer service is a joke — they pretend to help, then hang up on you within minutes. Even their so-called business manager, Albano, called me back just to hang up like the rest. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time.
My Pixel 6 Pro was no longer operational, so I upgraded to the Pixel Pro 10. The problem - getting my data off of the locked Pixel 6 Pro to my new phone (the screen would not display whatsoever). Kameron patiently worked through a number of scenarios to get access to my old phone so that it could be copied appropriately to the the new one.
