Went here to get a new account which went amazing, but then there was an issue that came from a customer who became racist towards the wonderful employees. I couldn’t mind my business and stepped in and confronted the lady. The staff did an amazing job with handling everything. The lady placed her hands on me and I def pressed charges.
Not helpful at all. They didn't even offer to let me use there phone to call customer service. Thinking about canceling my service after this experience.
Im sure the assistant manager Adriana saw this review coming. I’m tired of this store in particular and their horrible customer service. They don’t really care to help and serve, and I’m not sure if that’s just the attitude or perhaps they are commission based employees. Plenty of parking, only had one guy working and had to wait about 45 min to be helped out, Very good salesman but for info on a phone in particular not so much, kinda like going to auto parts store with a part in your hand and the guy behind the counter has no clue what it is and you have to explain to him.
