The service at this location is slow. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by any employees upon entering the store, nor was I informed about how long the wait would be until I was helped by an employee. The actual process I needed help with didn't take long; I spent more time waiting to be helped. Definitely wish the employees here were more cognizant of delivering quality service considering Verizon's price point compared to other cellular retailers.
Be prepared to wait an hour to get any help . They have staff but the managers sit on their behind not helping at all while people wait to get help. They also promise a monthly price and the. Change whenever they want
Walked in with some questions. Kennedy I believe that was her name, was extremely rude from the very beginning. Very unprofessional, I had to ask her myself if she can sell me a phone since my mine didn’t work. She rolled her eyes and helped me with a very bad attitude. I truly don’t understand why people work in customer service if they don’t know how to provide a simple hello. Very disappointing visit.
