Walked in with some questions. Kennedy I believe that was her name, was extremely rude from the very beginning. Very unprofessional, I had to ask her myself if she can sell me a phone since my mine didn’t work. She rolled her eyes and helped me with a very bad attitude. I truly don’t understand why people work in customer service if they don’t know how to provide a simple hello. Very disappointing visit.

I received excellent service from from a qualified customer service dude. He was understanding of my frustrations and made my new phone install worry free. He also helped me understanding my plan more completely.

Went here to get a new account which went amazing, but then there was an issue that came from a customer who became racist towards the wonderful employees. I couldn’t mind my business and stepped in and confronted the lady. The staff did an amazing job with handling everything. The lady placed her hands on me and I def pressed charges.

Not helpful at all. They didn't even offer to let me use there phone to call customer service. Thinking about canceling my service after this experience.
