Upgraded my phone on 1/20/26. The experience felt super rushed, but just thought maybe it was the lady assisting us. Fast forward to today, 10 days later and we get an email saying that there’s 20 days left to trade in my device. Uhhh what?! No mention of that in the store that day. Just got back from there and the lady from that day apparently screwed up in more ways than one. First, she didn’t mention the trade in of the old device. All of these 5 start reviews are 100% from the person walking out the door. Less than a year with Verizon and I have never had worse service or customer service from a phone company. Paid $60 for a screen protector and no help they will not replace it I have to reach out to the company myself… no help on HOW to do that though. My text and calls don’t go through half the time, and my bill is constantly changing somehow? Absolutely counting the days until I can switch phone service again.
Staff is rude an unhelpful. They’ll tell you just to call 611 rather than actually try and help you… spoiler alert: the automated system 611 does not understand the request. This store is wildly understaffed, we’re told they can’t help us with “only an hour left til closing” — it’s a regular Tuesday evening? If your store is that busy then I recommend staffing accordingly. Or find people who actually want to help.

bas service. I haven't been with Verizon for 4 mouths and there still adding to my bill ever mouth for a phone # they sold and account they closed. making my 300$ bill to 800$ and they still have not sent it collations. I hate this company
