Never applied my promotion upon switching and still have not provided a resolution. I have had to go in person 3 times and it's been a year. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else for a phone company
Salesman was too busy to be bothered to help customers.
The manager was very helpful for the short time I could stay trying to get help.
Verizons js one of those places with a sucky customer service weve had tons of issues with getting an unlock code to transfer providers and so im just buying a new phone cause verizon is being bad id recommend at&t or t-mobile(not for a specific location btw i specifically have an issue with customer service here)
Shocked by how bad this company is. Sad this company doesn't consider human error and has stripped employees of any power to remedy this. They cannot offer solutions to problems that they may accidentally cause because we are humans. This isn't so much an issue with this specific location but with the company entirely.
