Going to this location was a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and head over to the location off of Indiana - a corporate store location. We were simply trying to come back to Verizon after a brief stint with Comcast. The associate who "helped" us had to go through the same activation process 4x for a variety of reasons. He couldn't remember basic information that we provided multiple times. In addition Our phones were ported incorrectly (they figured that out at the second location). Never applied my promotion upon switching and still have not provided a resolution. I have had to go in person 3 times and it's been a year. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else for a phone company
