Jay is awesome and took care of us courteously and quickly when my wife's phone "bricked".
Verizon agent set me up with appointment to get my charger port fixed at store. I pay insurance every month. Im 78 years old and went out in -5 degree weather to the Verizon store in Dartmouth MA as I had appointment. They asked issue, I told them charger port does not work. They said we don’t have a tech to fix those issues. Didn’t even ask my name, number or check phone. Told them had appointment, they never even checked anything. Instead said there's nothing they can do and all he did was try to sell me a new phone.
THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!! I run a large business and my phone hasn't worked in over 18+ hours. I go to the store for help now that the Verizon Outage is "fixed". The associate tells me "there is nothing we can do" and hands me a piece of paper to with a number to call support. HOW CAN I CALL WHEN MY PHONE DOESN'T WORK???? By far the most unhelpful Verizon store I have ever been do in my life. They only want to sell new phones and plans. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL!
