My great uncle and aunt went there for two phones and data transfers and the woman that took care of them was extremely unprofessional rude and displayed disgusting behavior. At one point she went as far as to tell them to shut up
The women I first talked to refused to help me, gave me Verizon customer support number (claiming it was some direct line), after I had talked to customer support over the phone a day before and they told me to go to the store. I proceeded to called the number from inside the store (which she wasn't expecting), she stormed out.. after waiting about 15 minutes to bring the current customer support person up to speed, he then asked to speak with one of the store associates.
