Kevin was a HUGE help. I had to return a phone since my Dad passed away. The corporate company did not set him up for success with putting in a return and he made it happen! Kevin is a natural problem solver and deserves a promotion and raise!

A Disgraceful Experience — Misled, Misinformed, and Ignored I visited the Dartmouth Verizon store to confirm coverage for my iPhone 14 Plus, yesterday 10/8/25. which had a cracked screen and cameras not working at all separate issue. The sales representative assured me I was covered under my protection plan. Based on that assurance, I drove an hour home and attempted to file a claim—only to discover I was not covered at all. Thank you to everyone who was working today. Together you all helped with a three day problem of why no one would take the item while being told I had to return for no charges. I highly recommend this store for how great their customer service and efforts on making sure all issues were resolved.
