My great uncle and aunt went there for two phones and data transfers and the woman that took care of them was extremely unprofessional rude and displayed disgusting behavior. At one point she went as far as to tell them to shut up
The women I first talked to refused to help me, gave me Verizon customer support number (claiming it was some direct line), after I had talked to customer support over the phone a day before and they told me to go to the store. Stopped by today to upgrade our plan.Only to be ignored by the older lady with the white hair. She at first approached us very kindly asking what she could help with we then explained that we have one more payment due in 5 days and if we paid that now could we also upgrade our phones, she blatenly turned around and ignored us and helped someone else.
