Alex was amazing! I would highly recommend going to the store based on the fact that the other stores are franchises, and this one is corporate where they have more ability to do things for you that the franchisees can’t. Also, the franchise that I spoke with said that they were the best. Based on my experience, that is correct. Verizon store on Westnedge was beyond amazing , my mom had an old phone and they had to take endless steps including new emails and passwords to help get her set up, we even came back 2 days later for additional help. Thanks to the entire staff for kindness and tech help! Ellen Copeland
My daughter and I stopped in to transfer data onto our new phones and Devon who helped us could not have been friendlier or more helpful! He truly made what could have been a mundane experience (I had a lot of pics to transfer! Haha!) into a fun time! He was also very helpful with my daughter’s phone that was on its last leg! He got it to work and transferred her data, too with no problems! Devon has a wonderful demeanor and gave excellent customer service! We highly recommend asking for him if you need help at Verizon!!
