Very helpful
We have their service. Due to some issues we went to their Westnedge branch in portage. And the lady name Daniel she didn’t have us proper service also when we still asking her questions she just walked away to attend the other customer. Also she start showing attitude and raised voice on us. And the guy with her his name Ben also showed attitude to us and told her not to give us service anymore please I request to Verizon teach both employee (Daniel and Ben) how to give service to customer.
Ben helped us. We were waiting. Then Ben helped xfr iphone 10 to iphone 14 pro max. It took some time, trouble shooting but Ben did VERY WELL, Very professional.
Quick service, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I didn't catch his name but he he was tall and thin with fun colored hair. He not only was knowledgeable, but nice to talk to. Thanks again!
