Probably one of the best customer service reps I've ever dealt with at Verizon. He really helped me. He helped my wife. He was just outstanding. If I had my own company I would definitely ask him to come work for me.

When no one at the Encinitas store would help me with my upgrade, I drove to Oceanside. Phil at the Oceanside Verizon store spent over 6 hrs helping me recover my messages after an upgrade gone bad. I was ready to give up, but Phil's calm demeanor and excellent tech support persevered. Thank you, Phil! I appreciated the support without the constant hard sell.

My wife and I had been going to the Escondido Verizon store for about two years and had experiencsd multiple issues with staff not having an understanding about their products resulting in errors on our bill. Today we decided to visit the company store in Oceanside. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Carlos who was friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed. He asked how he could be of help.
