UPDATE: Verizon ended up CHARGING ME $200 FOR THE EQUIPMENT I RETURNED – THE EQUIPMENT I NEVER ASKED FOR. This is illegal, ridiculous, and shows how incompetent they are as a company. I will fight this charge tooth and nail and make sure everyone knows how scummy Verizon is. If you have technical issues, they make you wait. They take care of new customers first. They don't care for current customers. Good luck waiting all day
Had my 5G Home Internet for 2+ years and it used to work fine until one day my connection speed dramatically slowed down. Spoke an hour with tier 2 technical support and after exhausting other options, they decided to send me a new modem. New modem shows up, I spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get it activated, and Verizon can't get it done. They took 2.5 hours to get a phone activated and a iPad. I sat in my car waiting for them to "Fix the System"
