Went to this Verizon store in SLO today and I met with Jordan. I had the best customer care I've received in a long time. He made sure my plan was right for me and set up my new phone perfectly. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this store and especially Jordan. He knows his stuff and he knows how to provide exceptional customer care!
Anthony was awesome! He helped me unlock my dead phone and back it up.
