Every time I come in here for billing or any questions on my account they have me call Verizon phone number. When the store employees should be handling stuff to help customers but instead the employees have us do it on our own. Poor customer service here

Reviews are true. This location has the worst customer service I have experienced.
Was trying to order an iPhone since Christmas and was having a horrible time. I went In the store to see if I could get helped only to tell me to call 611 from my phone. The associate that helped me was named Alex. He was not very helpful and quick to move away. i asked if he could call to see if he could expedite the processes and he claimed there was no fast way to talk to a rep on the phone.
