Was trying to order an iPhone since Christmas and was having a horrible time. I went In the store to see if I could get helped only to tell me to call 611 from my phone. The associate that helped me was named Alex. He was not very helpful and quick to move away. i asked if he could call to see if he could expedite the processes and he claimed there was no fast way to talk to a rep on the phone. Worst site manager, didn’t explain the process to proceed with my issue. Just told us to call 611 while we are in the store. Placed on hold for 36 minutes then back to talk to Them and asked to call again 611. Was at the store for 2 hours before situation was resolved.

The usual Verizon store, go in, look at the phones & Decide what you want. No help, not like it used to be. Now you have to pay to have them help you move the stuff off your old phone onto the new phone.

Alexander “Jordan” and his trainee were REALLY great, they did so much to help me with my account, updates, and upgrades…. There was so much we were out-of-date on and they helped save us some money on our monthly bill. They were even so kind to my dogs, even though my two girls had the worst gas and were burning our eyes with their farts! The guys were SO nice about it and were very sweet and kind to my dogs.
