I just stopped in to pick up a phone that I purchased.

Definitely the worst store in SLO, maybe the worst thing is SLO. waited for 1.5 hours for the worst service of my life.
I have a business acct with Verizon for over 10 years. In the last year things had gone sideways with Verizon (via online customer service) where I had been given a mass runaround by corporate (online/phone) and promised credits to our acct amounting to over $1000.
