They dont communicate when they send a phone in, and make your bill go up! Because of the negligence of the employees here, my bill has gone up. Claiming I didnt turn my phone in when the employee basically rushed me out of the store. And then you have to wait because there is only one person working. Dont come here.
I appreciate that the lady employee in the store, although she was new, was extremely willing to help. I had a request with a SIM related issue and she allowed me to use the store phone as long as needed, while I switched my device(s) off and on multiple times (which would not be possible unless I had another active phone at that moment). And thanks to the customer service guy (probably Indian) who had the patience for more than 30 mins and finally solved my issue! Would give zero stars if I could. I loathe going to this store--it's always a 45-70min wait, and the "greeter" is surly and unhelpful. No place to sit comfortably while wasting an hour, just a single hard bench. While we were waiting today, people were sitting on the floor as well. It used to be, you came for the network and stayed for the customer service. This store has gone down hill. It decreased drastically in size AND customer service. Apparently there were 2 employees helping the entire city. I made an appointment and still waited for a long time, only then to be rushed through a $1,500 contractual process that ended up being botched start to finish.
