Went here yesterday to pick up a phone and get a number port in and what should've taken at the most an hour and a half, took four and I didn't get anywhere. My number didn't get ported in, the representatives were rude and did not know what they were doing. Do not come here unless you want to be rushed out the door with little to no help.
Shauna helped my mom and I today at the Verizon store on Mill street and she was extremely kind and helpful! We had a lot of questions and some odd requests and she helped us a lot! she was very informative and helped us get the best deal for what we needed, overall Shauna made our experience wonderful!
