The manager of this location Sandra is very rude and condescending to us when we were trying to explain our situation, she then proceeds argue telling us that we were notified by email and the app when we never were we even showed her, she would only address my husband and huffed and puffed at us. They never notified us that my phone was In stock and then we got a notice saying it was on back order. Called Verizon they said it was stock and I could go and get it. Well it’s been over a week and still no phone.
Had a great experience dealing with Joe and his shadow AJ … Joe helped me in a professional manner and friendly service with all my questions and concerns probably the best customer service I have had at any Verizon store ! Thanks Joe !
