Was double charged for a phone (employee error) they said it would take 15 days to get it back. It’s been a month and still nothing. After I’m able to resolve this issue I will not be back. Edit: after talking to 3 other people promising to get my money back in 5-7 days, this issue is still not resolved. It’s been over two months and Verizon hasn’t tried to reach out. Will be canceling service.
Do not believe them when they say they will pay off your old phone. Verizon cs told me one thing after another about the process and now claim my record of my old phone being turned in can not be found. The only reason I switched when I did was because of this feature. Buyer Beware!!!
