Nobody has gotten back to me about the review left a month ago about this store. If you want to fix things maybe (start) by getting back to unhappy customers.
I called to ask a simple question, trade in value for a phone. And the idiot that picked up took 28 minutes on the call and still couldn't figure out how to do his job.

Terrible service always here. Go in for new phones with the Verizon deals once payed off and tell us they can’t honor the deals. Went in to upgrade two lines and they couldn’t honor the deals had two phones to trade in as well. They had a new phone taken out because we were going to go through with it but after finding out they wouldn’t honor the deal they made us pay 90$ to put the phone back. Maybe start with that next time. This store alone is going to make us switch providers. Always have problems here.
I’ve never had an issue with the store before today, every year I enjoy the early upgrade feature for iPhones, every year I bring in a scratched and lightly scratched side in front iPhone, and they replaced it without an issue no matter what with the newer model.
