Great service
Switched from T mobile a few months ago. It was a long process and it got messed up the first time where i could get about half of my texts on my new phone, but half the texts and all the phone calls were still going to my old t mobile phone. Not a big deal, got it fixed a few days later. I also switched my internet from midco to Verizon the same day. The cost was about half as much as midco which sounded great. UPDATE: I've filled out the link provided and have received ZERO messages or calls to resolve. More importantly the day this happened I reached out via the Verizon app and asked this to be escalated, in which I was told it was and someone should be contacting me in a few days. Few weeks later have passed and absolutely no attempt to contact. Absolute scammers and dirty tactics to prey on elderly folks. Purchased a phone I was told was $250 in June of 2023.
