Caitlyn was great!
Kaitlin went above and beyond making the transition to a new phone (after having my old phone for 10 years...) super easy for me. She was also great entertaining my kids who had to wait for 2.5 hours for my phone to transfer. 😂 I'd go back just to see her!
Was assisted by Shawn in purchasing a new Apple Watch. The entire process took about 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and speed in which this was handled.
