I have worked with maybe 6 or 7 different people here over the years and some were not helpful or seemed they wanted to make a quick sale but when I worked with Chris he was there to help and very honest and most importantly since there is no one you can call or text for questions when you need it and have to talk to corporate robots it’s nice that he responded ! Horrible customer experience, they agreed my problems of verizon selling and locking me in contract with obsolete/malfunctioning tech were legit, and that the situation sucked, and they can't do anything. They didnt refer me to anyone, or anywhere and they just laughed at my situation as I walked out. Not a single ounce of concern on their face. Im freaking livid. I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store. Kaitlyn, who helped us went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our options without making us feel pressured. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about helping us save money and choose the plan that fit our needs.
