Friendly and helpful staff.
Kaitlin did a fabulous job helping me get a new phone. My old phone ended up having its battery start to expand. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I had everything I needed for my new phone. Not to mention she was super patient and responsive when the transfer was taking forever. Definitely recommend working with Kaitlin!

I had spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon trying to get my Apple Watch hooked up to cellular service. After dealing with over 5 different customer service agents I was ready to get rid of my Verizon service. I gave it one last shot and went to the Verizon store. It was a blessing that Chris was there that day. It took a while, but he was bound and determined to find the solution and he did! He is extremely friendly, kind, and very very helpful. I highly recommend Chris he is amazing!
