Sold me a phone that couldn't be activated, was on the phone with Verizon for over an hour and they said I need to go back to the store. No number to get ahold of actual store either. Then the guy tried to sell me on this new 30 dollar set up crap, and said my new phone needed a Sim even tho it has an e-sim... the whole thing didn't make any sense and they don't help you with setting anything up.
