Good service nice people
Everytime I visit, I am met with a new excuse as to why my issue cannot be resolved. A great deal of effort was put into convincing me to switch over to Verizon for my three business lines, but unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The manager on the business sode even performed an override in the system; however, my service in my area remains poor, and I have yet to receive the credit that I was promised for the back and forth equipement not working etc etc .
