Don't buy anything from this store..pls open up your brand new phone right there cause they sell you some one else return as new phone inside charge toggle broken and when you come home and go back they won't fix it for free
I came here for help with my broken phone under Total Mobile Protection. Amar refused to help because I wasn’t buying a new phone today and told me to “go to Arden.” This is my only phone, I bought it in this store, and they still didn’t care. Rude, lazy, and unprofessional. Never coming back here.
Leaving such a high review only because of an employee, Isaiah. I went in asking about switching from AT&T to Verizon and they were having an outage but he stuck with me and gave me a print out etc. When I was ready to switch I came in and asked for him. He stuck with me through the entire process which took several hours, answering all my question and was a pure star of customer service and satisfaction.
