I had a phenomenal experience at this Verizon location, thanks to Amar. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the best options based on my needs. Amar went above and beyond in answering every one of the many questions my sister-in-law and I had, with patience and clarity. Excellent customer service. One young lady helped me with a defective device to an upgrade and also helped with troubleshooting an earbuds issue I was having. Completed all within a work lunchbreak with no waiting.
