This is an amazing store...I did not even purchase the phone at this location. But Stephon spent at least two plus hours, happily and knowledgebly helping me. It looks like we'll be adding 5 lines, plus their wifi soon! I had been with AT&T for 20 years, and it was such a waste of time and money. Stephanie and Hector were extremely helpful, too. Give'em a chance!

I want to thank Art at the Rockwall Verizon store. I went in to look at a new apple phone upgrade. Art was awesome and so helpful. I’m 83 with limited knowledge of technology. He had so patience with me. I will definitely ask for him again. I hope they appreciate what a valuable employee he is.

The people are not very freindly, and unless you are spending money buying a phone,you are told to call customer service.
