If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. No longer am I a patron at this location. I wish them the absolute best and hope they provide their other customers better service than I received. Please know my previous 5 star review was based on the excellent service I ALWAYS received from Ruben and former store manager Robert. This location hasn’t been the same since they left.
Do your self a favor and don't even think about buying this thrash for free.

Gabriel waited on me when I came in to get a zag screen cover. You had none in stock but a very kindly ordered one for me when it came in. I brought it back today and he installed it for me Service above and beyond Verizon should be very proud that he chooses to work for you because he is excellent at his Job.
