I want to thank Art at the Rockwall Verizon store. I went in to look at a new apple phone upgrade. Art was awesome and so helpful. I’m 83 with limited knowledge of technology. He had so patience with me. I will definitely ask for him again. I hope they appreciate what a valuable employee he is.

The people are not very freindly, and unless you are spending money buying a phone,you are told to call customer service.

This phone is spotty at best can never get 5g and only 4g with a phone booster. Never had a problem with At&t! Trust me dont switch. After numerous calls and hours of wasting my time. Ready to call my attorney for the run around. They are in breach of contract. Never dreamed I'd have so many issues and pay so much. I have a disabled husband that needs a phone that works period!
