I have been a Verizon customer for over 4 years, I have experienced Verizon corporate stores all across the west coast of the United States of America. This Verizon store is by far my favorite. Jaqueline (spelling might be off) is very professional, friendly, and always has a smile. Very helpful, and memorable TM. The store manager, Rob is always very helpful. This place treats you like family. This is the only store I deal with, if I have the choice. I can’t say enough good things!
I came in last week for a new phone, and it was wonderful from start to finish! I was immediately greeted and checked in upon my arrival. There was a bit of a wait, which I didn’t mind because they were very busy. I had Mariana helping me get it set up and adjusting my plan. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful! She explained everything well and made sure I understood everything before I left. I received excellent customer service!
This store and the employees are a joke. None of them know what they are doing. Currently sitting here listening to all the employee’s talk bad about customers who were just in the store. Terrible terrible people. Especially the red curly head girl. Super unprofessional and RUDE.
