They will put ghost charges upon you charging for services you don't use they won't disconnect your service and keep charging you two months after you quit using it know this place is a piece of junk stay away from the store and the company
My friend ‘s phone was infested with malware and viruses. We went to the Corporate Verizon Store off HWY 69 by Home Depot and walked in feeling hopeless and then we met Taylor Olney-Zasadil!!!! Taylor was highly knowledgeable and skilled at removing malware and viruses!! He got her phone cleaned up in 15 minutes! We went in knowing she was due for an upgrade so Taylor assisted her with picking out the perfect (easiest transition) phone for her! I highly recommend Verizon off Highway 69 especially if Taylor is working!!
I needed to see if my pixel watch was not charging because of the watch or the charger. Got signed in to the que by the front sales associate. Waited approximately an hour. Asked how much longer and I was never added to the que. Then another 20 minutes a sales associate comes up and after telling him my issue and he fiddling around the store looking at charges he tells me that they have no charges for a pixel watch to test the watch. They sell the watch and phone but don't keep, obviously, any attachments to the product.They... read more
