I came in to the store because I needed to pair my new phone and I had a special request that only the store would be able to figure out for me. I'm so glad I was assigned to Reyna. What an incredibly bright young lady! She handled my request with the utmost professtionalism even though it required some lengthy troubleshooting. Reyna remained upbeat and positive the whole time. It starts with this store and expands through the entire Verizon system. Rep at this store talked my uncle into moving his service to Total Wireless. Total Wireless rep was girlfriend/spouse of the Verizon rep. Per several agents at Verizon this is not supported or encouraged. This is the tip of the iceberg. There are other issues which cause question as to the ethical conduct of this store.
In the year 2026 with all the technology we have, it took about an hour to drop off equipment. 60 minutes of my life I’ll never get back.
