I didn’t know the manager, and the guy in the beard were part of the harassment against my family until today with their antics. And I can see why when I used my credit card the last time I ran into these two guys thousands of dollars of charges were put on my card. I’m not saying it’s them, but it sure is funny how it is so coincidental? and then after I see other people‘s reviews of the same stuff. You know it’s just not coincidental. I feel you Philip.
My wife and I walked into the store well before several other customers, yet we were completely skipped over by one of the staff members, who chose to assist someone who arrived after us, apparently because they were closer to his own age. When we tried to engage, he was dismissive and borderline rude. We understand that stores can be busy, but basic customer service means acknowledging people in the order they arrive and treating everyone with equal respect. Traded in my Samsung to get new service. They told me they were to take my new trade in from AT&T and send it back to AT&T AND DID NOT ! Now, AT&T are claiming I owe them $875 because they never got there phone back ! What the heck ?
