worst customer service ever. there was a girls working who clearly didn't know anything. they were extremely unhelpful and rude.
My husband and I were in town visiting family and needed new iPhones, so we went to the Verizon store at Pinecrest in Orange, Ohio. We were greeted by the manager, who connected us with a specialist named Zack, and I must say, I was impressed by how well he understood both the ins-and-outs of Verizon's policies as well as the new iPhone 16's features.
