I had a problem with my phone and I couldn't figure it out so I visited the Verizon store on mentor ave across the street from speedway. The two guys that were working when I visited were very awesome. They figured out the problem in about 5 minutes and I was on my way. Thanks a lot
worst customer service ever. there was a girls working who clearly didn't know anything. they were extremely unhelpful and rude.
