My husband and I were in town visiting family and needed new iPhones, so we went to the Verizon store at Pinecrest in Orange, Ohio. We were greeted by the manager, who connected us with a specialist named Zack, and I must say, I was impressed by how well he understood both the ins-and-outs of Verizon's policies as well as the new iPhone 16's features. Went there to upgrade our phones, our representative Zach was absolutely amazing! Answered all our questions got us in & out in a timely fashion! 10/10 recommend this store & Zach!
Very polite and showed me different options and phones to choose from!! Very friendly
I went in for a SIM card and ended up having a new line added to my account without my knowledge or approval. There was no accountability from management or the associate for the mistake that was made. I really expected more from a corporate store.
