Verizon it’s a bad company, they only want money, and they have a bad services, the signal is bad in everywhere, it’s so expensive and my family and I had a bad experience with them.

We went to see about upgrading or battery replacement, and we were put on the waiting list. We were told that we had one person ahead of us. While waiting, the representative came over and started to put in a repair ticket to get the battery replaced. He had a berak as the customer that he was helping was not in store yet. When I asked about a possible upgrade, he stopped and said we needed to wait until that costumer was taken care of first. It's the worst service that I have ever received in my life. The quality of the company leaves much to be desired in the stores being the direct contact with the customers

Verizon, Customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Was told to go in to a corporate store to get verified. I arrived at the store and was locked out with a bill and no help. I demand to speak with someone high up then call center in God knows where. That took hours and still no resolution!!!! I don't recommend Verizon to anyone, I was a long time customer not anymore!!!!
