I have been having connection troubles with my devices 2 almost 3 weeks now. I was helped in the beginning and i felt good about coming in and trying to get help to resolve my sistation.. Only 3 because I felt like I was getting helped but other times when I kept having the same issue and coming in they would act like I was bothering them a little start to help but leave.
