I would not recommend switching to Verizon. The service coverage is terrible especially in satellite areas where the signal is extremely unreliable. I had to order an extender that took months to arrive! On top of that, customer service has been very disappointing and unhelpful when trying to resolve issues. My experience in the store wasn’t any better. They even ran out of basic supplies like copy paper, which made the process feel disorganized and unprofessional and took much longer. I have had the worst experience for the last few months since I got my new phone in 2025. First my Disney/Hulu bundle wasn’t working. It took a whole week and a handful of Verizon and Disney representatives to figure it out. Now in January I recently return and cancelled the Verizon internet. I was in store when I cancelled it online and also had all the equipment with me in the original box. A month later kept getting emails saying I did return the equipment. The goal of the store employees is to offer no assistance until you leave. Save yourself time go to a store that wants to do business.Bayview Verizon is 12 minutes away. You will save an hour of your time. We all need cellphones unfortunately Verizon Drexel town center employees want to make you painfully aware of that fact. Empty store Saturday morning.
