Well 7 months I'm still paying on a router I returned. Never opened or used. I had to contact shipping service to prove it was returned. Because they claimed they had no way to track said package even tho they sent me box and label to return it. So 2 weeks ago I sat in store for 4.5 hours. Do not visit the store. They are incapable of assisting you if you have an existing account. Went to the store to make some changes to the account and upgrade some equipment. To begin with, I was first told that could upgrade my internet access, this and separating plans being primary reason I went. I was also due for a phone and watch upgrade. 2 hours in the store later, I was told that all “slots were filled” and I couldn’t upgrade my internet, the phone I wanted would have to be shipped, and then, my fault for not setting... read more
