I need a real human that deals with vverizon prepaid they said I can only do it over phone. So watch out because when u get 2 phones they put the acct holder on ur kids phone. Enabling you to do anything. You ask for them to become separate accts. Now your adult acct is locked and unusable. The kids the only real acct even tho phones dead. Off Gone. That phones taking my money every single damn time. I need a real human not the automated bullshit.
I had a great experience at the Oak Creek Verizon store. The manager, Derek, was very professional, kind, and helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and highly recommend this store, especially Derek!

I wouldn’t go here again if my life depended on it. They are liars. Came in to add a phone to my business line. They tell me the phone I get will be free an iPhone 14. Next thing I look on my bill I’m getting charged an installment charge for the phone. When the guy at Verizon clearly told me phone was free. No trade in or anything. I had to go back up there because couldn’t do anything calling into Verizon over phone.
