We only signed up because they promised to match t-mobiles price. We only bought new phones because they were running a BOGO deal for the phone my husband wanted. So I just got an upgraded phone which I didn't really need, but it was free. We sign the plan, pay for the one phone, and signed onto a plan. Well that was all a complete lie. DO NOT even waste your time here they suck, service sucks they wont even answer your calls.
Hayez was extremely helpful! Went in on a Saturday afternoon; and he got my phone back up and working with a new eSIM in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and kind, would recommend this location.
