Words can't describe how terrible their customer service is. I would not recommend anybody to this store. Where else can you go? Consumers need the product. No structure, no sign-in sheet. And they have an excuse for everything.
I went in frustrated and feeling hopeless about getting my replacement device set up, and Joshua assured me I would leave with a working phone! He was immediately able to help me get it all set up, and was very informative throughout the process. I had been on the phone with so many representatives for hours with no answers but he had it all good to go within 10 minutes! I would recommend this store to anyone, especially if you are having activation issues! Thank you Joshua!!
