Hayez at Verizon in Newport News is AMAZING! I’d highly recommend going to see him. He went above and beyond helping us upgrade my phone today! 10/10
I was treated VERY rudely at this store by Ben. Employee interrupted during transaction, my patience was thin after being run around by Verizon making me drive to two different stores. Instead of apologizing when I pointed out he was helping me, I was verbally reprimanded instead of the employee and no one acknowledged that interrupting was rude. Poor customer service all around !!! I am done with Verizon as this is not the first poor customer service experience.
Not busy at all. Literally NO customers in the store. Considering I went to two different Verizon stores in Newport News yesterday, and both were filled with customers... this was a welcome sight. Poquoson is definitely the place to go when you want to handle business in a pleasant and efficient manner.
This establishment is conveniently located near my home, but it doesn't have a lot of employees and the wait time is very long.
