Went in after “new device ready for pick up” email to check in and wait 45-ish minutes for a 5 second hand off. Shame on me for not getting delivery.
Came to get a new protective lense. The representative in the store got attitude in less than a minute. He first engage in a personal phone call on his ear pirate before acknowledging the customer. When I presented him the phone for him to see the problem he ordered me to seat on a designated chair. It became obvious he had other pressent matter that did not include customer service. DO. IT GO THERE AFTER 1900, CUSTOMERS ARE NOT WELCOME. Note: Before we were back in our car, he gesticulating, throwing arms in the air…
I would give this store 0 stars if possible. There are 6 people working with 8 of us in line. Not a SINGLE worker is helping anyone at the moment and they are just chatting about nonsense instead. What is the point of even hiring workers if they aren't going to do their job? All we're trying to do is return our router, which should take a minute maybe tops, but we've been waiting in this line for 30 minutes so far. This is ridiculous. You need to do better or fire everyone and hire people that actually want to work!
READ --- If you dont want to wait 30+ min ,go to 12515 Jefferson Ave #300, Newport News, VA 23602.... it was less then 5 min away and I was in and out. Next to 5 guys. Go. THEYRE GREAT !
