Not busy at all. Literally NO customers in the store. Considering I went to two different Verizon stores in Newport News yesterday, and both were filled with customers... this was a welcome sight. Poquoson is definitely the place to go when you want to handle business in a pleasant and efficient manner.
This establishment is conveniently located near my home, but it doesn't have a lot of employees and the wait time is very long.
This store is filled with the slowest and rudest "customer service" employees. If you have an issue, do yourself a huge favor and don't go there. I showed up, the guy signed me in and said it would be a few minutes, and then 75 minutes later I ask him when I can be helped. He looked around at the 3 employees and the 10 people waiting and said "you could always make an appointment." Oh really? YOU could always not tell people it'll be a few minutes. I had just spent the last 2 days (approximately 10 hours/5 EXHAUSTING hours or so each day) on the phone & Chat with T-Mobile & Verizon Wireless Technical Support.…. AND after everything was said & done, I was nowhere close to being back with Verizon Wireless!
