I want to give a shout out to T J that works in the Jefferson Avenue Verizon. We are going through a remodeling of bathrooms at our house. Things yesterday were just not going as planned so I decided to handle some insurance issues. In the process I had to print a form using a PDF app. Well I picked the wrong one and the devil took over my phone. Said I had a virus and needed to download another app to clean it up. The customer service was amazing. Tj greeted us as soon as we entered. Joshua was amazing. He was very patient, kind and delivered excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we got value for our money. Ten out of ten would recommend.
