You can expect a very long wait if you are a walk in but the people are extremely nice.
I recently switched to Verizon. There was an issue with bringing my number over. It took several hours on the phone and three visits to this store before it was resolved. On my first visit the check in device was down, no one greeted me, I sat for several minutes before an employee went to check in someone else then I said hey, I've been here.
