I recently switched to Verizon. There was an issue with bringing my number over. It took several hours on the phone and three visits to this store before it was resolved. On my first visit the check in device was down, no one greeted me, I sat for several minutes before an employee went to check in someone else then I said hey, I've been here. I came into return my old phone and waited for 2 and a half hours for a person in the store to help me even after I signed in on there tablet at the front of the store and still never received help motioned a couple of the workers and no help and my friend even said that hes here to return his old phone and nothing was done. Worst Customer Service ever at this verizon location.

Do not go to Toney he will mess up your verizon account and you will end up paying way more.
