This store is filled with the slowest and rudest "customer service" employees. If you have an issue, do yourself a huge favor and don't go there. I showed up, the guy signed me in and said it would be a few minutes, and then 75 minutes later I ask him when I can be helped. He looked around at the 3 employees and the 10 people waiting and said "you could always make an appointment." Oh really? YOU could always not tell people it'll be a few minutes. Words can't describe how terrible their customer service is. I would not recommend anybody to this store. Where else can you go? Consumers need the product. No structure, no sign-in sheet. And they have an excuse for everything.
