Came to close a line and they say they don’t do that in store. Well what do you do then? Long lines, slow staff, overall painful experience. I feel they’re running on dial up or dsl at best. Not expected for a mega tech company like Verizon. The amount of time these ppl spend standing behind their screens staring blankly is mind boggling. Stunningly inefficient. Stood in line for a whole flipping hour. Went back again. Same old story. A continual parade of poorly trained staff skilled only in kicking the can down the road.
Good customer service and friendly employees were able to help out with my technologies
Junior was my customer service person. He is professional, knows very well all phones, all plans, and everything he did for me was done correctly and smoothly. Exemplary in every way.
Huge shoutout to Junior at this location. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me while also assisting multiple other customers (in a way where he still gave attention to all). Highly recommend this location and working with Junior if possible.
