Do not go to this Verizon wireless. We took their advice on what we should do with a phone that was going bad but still paying off for one more year. We just found out that they completely messed up our account where we can’t trade in the new phone ever or upgrade it. We went to a much more knowledgeable Verizon and they made us aware of the damage they created. I don’t care how far I have to go to avoid this place and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

If I could go less than one star I would, nothing against this particular store, but the company in whole! If you are considering going to Verizon turn and run away as fast as possible! They lie, tell you false deals, and very deceptive! I'm an disabled person whom they took complete advantage of, I was locked into a 3 year deal I never agreed to! Phones were suppose to be 100%free which is not true! I wish I never left CRICKET! They are far superior to Verizon in everyway
