I went in today to get something fixed with my bill and everyone was so nice and professional and patient I’m an anxious person and I have been burnt by AT&T really bad and so I have trust issues and Jason and Andrew were amazing. They eased my mind and they gave me an amazingly great deal on Internet which I’d been wanting and they explain d everything so I’d understand and made me feel like they really cared about me as a person and not just a sale and I really appreciate them thank you

Phone has been shut off for a week and a half now because of Verizon’s fault and mess up. They have yet to fix it and seem not to care. I went in November to upgrade my phone and add a line, the promotions they were running at the time was the added line gets a free phone. We were told by Alfonso that it’s cheaper to have three lines instead of two? Didn’t make sense but we trusted him and he talked us into keeping my old phone active and getting three lines.
