I went in back in July with several issues needing to be addressed. Alfonso was assigned to me and thank goodness he was. Alfonso is absolutely amazing. He is extensively knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and that everything was done properly.
I can not say enough about this Verizon store. Every time I go in it's a great experience. One worker in particular T.C. is amazing, I was in with my dad who is in his '80s and he was incredibly patient with my dad and me and very nice. That was not the first time he has helped us, we always remember him. I highly recommend this Verizon store and the staff !
AVOID THIS PLACE AND ALEX AT ALL COSTS! Signed me up for a 190 plan with 400 in credits. scammed me into paying almost 300 for 2 months texting me how he was fixing it and ended up ghosting me completely. With no credits. Now I’m stuck with mediocre service and a bill that’s was higher than agreed on. Specifically ALEX the sales guy is the problem I have. Led me on for two months through texts before just totally ghosting me. FAILURE.
Very helpful in getting the internet.
