Very helpful when selling, but not so when your having issues.leave you hanging in the air.
Lebbaeus was great. Xfinity screwed me and I was forced to switch, but Lebbaeus made me happy I did. He sat with me for well over an hour while I worked out all the kinks to get everything switched over. He was great to chat with, efficient on his end, and made everything just smooth from their end.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! When you are in a pickle (doesnt matter the situation) they will leave you out to dry. My family has witnessed first hand what its like to be a Verizon customer and we would sooner go without phones then to ever have them as a provider again - full story on facebook. IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE 1 TRILLION STARS I WOULD!
