If you are going to offer a deal for one phone on a family plan common sense should be that it should be offered for all phones on that plan, but who am I kidding? Common sense isn’t so common anymore. To get an UPGRADE after over 3 years of having this and 3 other Iphone 15 pros as well as a samsung on our plan it shouldn’t cost us over $1,200 to get new phones. I personally will be looking for other phone carriers that have better deals.

Visited this store several times over the course of a week and our experience was top notch. Our home is located in cell service desert but Jordan spent the time needed to get us connected. He was so helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you to Allison as well who made sure we, and others from what we saw, got help as soon as was possible.
Mitchel was so cool and helpful we will definitely be returning to this location. If you go to this store ask for Mitchel!!
