After being told that it would be $60 for a new SIM card at the Niles store, I drove to this one, got the SIM card for free, and the support team made sure I walked out of the store with a working device. Taking one star off for a really long wait. When I got there, 5 people were being helped, and there were another 6 ahead of me. Was in the store for almost 1.5hrs for a SIM card replacement.

Apparently even if you have a 10 year account verizon does NOT value you as a customer because you prepay. As though my money is any different. Was also told that they have no way of contacting other departments through internal channels which makes zero sense that a corporate company employee can't contact other departments within the same company. While in their for a complaint about the online service and trying to solve my issue in person the employee I dealt with also thought that was the best time to try and upsell me ... read more

I had to have my screen protector switched out. I don't like to do it myself. The guy was awesome. Fixed it in no time flat, had me on my way. Kudos to verizon , and that gentleman who helped me.
