Customer service is great so the people get 5 stars, but for a company I’d give 0 stars. Do not get a plan from here. Your bill will never ever ever be what you signed up for. It will automatically go up and up and up. Phone service itself hardly works without wifi. I can’t wait for my plan to be over so I can take my money elsewhere.

I'm really torn how to review this place. The people here are great, and I understand the service is very reliable and covers places that most others don't. The Verizon store employees tell me that what happened to me is happening more and more, but there is nothing they can do. Not even pass my complaints on to someone who could take action. Claura was amazing! I shattered my screen and needed a replacement phone on the fly. She helped get me a new device, screen protector, streaming services added to my account, all while saving a couple bucks and cracking jokes. She also advised that Best Buy could help with my data transfer since the screen on my old phone was absolutely shot. Great service, very personable and fun. 100% will be switching my home store to Mishawaka.
