I got completely scammed I was told about a promotion and turns out it wasn’t ever a promotion. Lied into signing up for the WiFi and I’d get a free Nintendo switch . Only got the WiFi for that reason & turns out it wasn’t ever real they completely lied. WiFi is completely slow btw I should’ve stayed with t mobile

First time dealing with this location. The wait was very long, but understandable. The low rating has to do with the lack of professionalism. The customer service this location provided me, was so below par that a 1 star rating is very generous. I know this doesn't reflect on Verizon as a whole, but these employees are the face of the company. Shout out to Rick at the Grape Rd Verizon store! If you want to get scammed, he’s the guy to see! Came in last month to pay off a phone and a watch to upgrade. Everything was going smooth. Got shown some papers and told to sign on the dotted line. Only a month later I find that I did not pay my watch off, because he assumed since I couldn’t trade in my old phone that I wanted to keep it connected and even added a third line on my account.
