Jordan went above and beyond to help me today and made the experience a 10/10!
Jordan was really friendly and great at getting what we wanted for the best bang of our buck. We originally planned on transferring my line to Verizon thru Apple bc I wanted an iPhone again. there was an error message thank God. so we had to go to the Verizon store. we got the promo no issue, added a new tablet for under 10$ a month, which was an additional promo on top of the iPhone one. and I got to keep my old device! we were happy campers and we enjoyed our convo w Jordan! straight to the point, we like that! And funny!
