Staff is friendly and courteous.
Every time I visit this location they never try to fix my problem, always pushing for me to upgrade.
I have a business plan with Verizon and have for years. The service I received in this store was absolutely horrible. I felt seriously disrespected and reading through reviews i can see I'm not the only one. Lazy people work here for sure and they are really giving Verizon a bad name. Horrible representation.
