The sorriest version store I have ever been in my 21 years of being a customer rude customer service no products, and nowhere to sit. I will go to T mobile if I ever have to visit that store again. It's need to be closed…….

Im very dissatisfied with Verizon. I dont know why I cant speak to a live representative. I absolutely %, do not want a computer I need a live person to assist me. I will be changing phone service carrier this is unreal.
I’ve had a lot of bad customer service before , and i’m never one to write reviews really. but this one lady who had brown hair, middle aged, and sitting down at 10am on september 5th was rude from the get go and had an attitude from the start. This was absolutely almost the WORST, customer service my boyfriend and i have came across. if you can avoid going to this verizon i really would.
We have been coming here for years. Wes is who we see every time! Very patient and knowledgeable! We will be back!
