If I could give this store and employees 10 stars I would, between the manager and the 2 girls that helped us especially the one who helped with our new phones, could not have had better customer service..outstanding!!! After all the issues we had with calling Verizon and getting nowhere the store resolved our issue as fast as they could. This location is probably the best store I’ve ever delt with after 20 plus years with Verizon
I ordered a phone from the My Verizon app and I received it from Verizon. I had my phone number ported over and when I turned it on it wasn't working. I went to the Verizon store today and the salesperson was LA. He helped me get it activated along with several other co-workers. It took about an hour and a half to activate it because Verizon, not the Verizon store, didn't port my number over before sending the phone to me. i came in earlier today to see about transferring my phone line. i had been on my dads phone plan for years, but he tragically passed away a couple of months ago, so my service ended up being cut off. when i went in today, Paris was the person who helped me out, and i could not say a bad word about him if i tried! he was so beyond friendly & helpful. i'm usually not even the type to leave google reviews (though maybe i should be) but my dad certainly was. my dad was also a huge fan of verizon & had been using them for 15+ ye... read more
This Verizon store has gone downhill. The customer service I received, despite being a twelve-year customer, was pathetic! Middle aged, heavy set Caucasian male….. rude, not helpful, inpatient! The folks that used to work in there were amazing….. so sorry to see the decline in good quality employees! Oh, I almost forgot…. I needed help with transferring stuff from one phone to my new phone….. the guy told me to “ google it” because it would take him a long time and had been a “ rough day”.
