I have a business plan with Verizon and have for years. The service I received in this store was absolutely horrible. I felt seriously disrespected and reading through reviews i can see I'm not the only one. Lazy people work here for sure and they are really giving Verizon a bad name. Horrible representation.

The white young guy and old lady with no eyebrows were literally the rudest people, maybe they should work in the back so they can’t be seen or heard. Came in to pick up an online order. Im trying to give my info to the guy so he can see my order and he is repeatedly acting like im at the wrong store, as Im talking the no eyebrow lady is showing him something on her and looking at me like im interrupting her.
