I went into this store this morning because i just got a brand new iphone and when i got the phone, they said i had 30 days to complete the transfer of things onto my new phone. i have everything transferred and went to go turn in my old phone at this location. upon walking in a very tall african american gentlemen had worst attitude. he talked to me like i was dumb when i was trying to turn in my old phone. i don’t know the process of deleting information off of a phone evidently and he did not help at all by making me feel... read more

I don’t like the way I was treated by the management team. I was just switching to another carrier because of the high cost of Verizon and suddenly I was treated like their enemy. Verizon also blocked me from logging into the MyVerizon app so I was unable to print my statement or change my address. The automated phone system also says it doesn’t recognize my phone number, which they issued to me. I don’t recommend this corporate store, and I would never recommend Verizon wireless to anyone.
