2 months ago, I went to a different verizon, to possibly cancel my service for my main phone and have my 2nd phone changed to be my main number. Decided to hold off on canceling until i changed my number for everything to my 2nd phone. Went to this one since it was closer to cancel my service for my main phone, walked in, I forgot his name but I requested to cancel/switch my 2nd phone to be my main phone, employee just states I would need to call their loyalty number and have them cancel it…..what is this store for then? My sister and I came in for two things: I came in to turn in my phone for a trade-in. She came in to get a new phone. The guy who interacted with me was quick and easy to work with evaluating the phone. My sister’s rep was kinda sketchy. Whispering a lot(just to her), honestly isolating me from the conversation(only talking to her, dismissing my interjections, trying to separate us, body language, etc.). I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever encountered at the Verizon store in Menomonee Falls, WI, and it ultimately led me to cancel my Verizon service entirely. My son’s Gizmo Watch 3 stopped charging yesterday. After testing different chargers and confirming the issue was with the watch, I looked online and found this is a known problem with this device.
