Absolutely garbage in every way! The overall Service is horrendous! Condescending workers and incompetent management. A page taken right out of the “how not to do business playbook!” Save yourself alot of time and BS and go somewhere else and preferably, another carrier.
Good representative
The women with black hair and piercings was pretty rude. We went in trying to see if we could upgrade our buisness plan and add two ipads and she came off rude and made it feel impossible. We were there for 10 minutes and within the first impression we were ready to leave! Highly recommend going to any other location
I purchased a gift card here to later upgrade a device. After finding the phone I wanted they told me the gift card cannot be used to upgrade a device even though they told me otherwise when I bought the card. So I purchased the device and they told me they would refund my gift card purchase. They did not refund me and the gift card they gave me didn’t even work. Absolutely horrible experience. Took 5 visits to the store to get a phone and a gift card I’ll never use now
