I just moved to the area and I was looking to get Verizon home Internet. Even though my address didn’t qualify they still took time to answer my questions and gave me some insight on how qualifications work. They showed me how to check again myself but one of the salesman and a manager also gave me their card with their info to reach back out. I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at the Verizon store in Wentzville was unacceptable. I’ve been a Verizon customer for just two months, and since the beginning, I’ve had serious issues with my phone—specifically not receiving text messages. As a business owner, this has caused me to miss important communications and orders, which is absolutely not okay. Dustin the manager at this location is horrible! We are new clients, having issues with all of our new phones we just got.. text messages don’t work, calls don’t work.. he tells us it’s not his problem and tells us we need to go fix it elsewhere. He laughed in our face when asking for refund.. do not switch with them!

Worst service! I switch to personal to business. One of the staff recommend business account to better for me. Yes! I switched to business account in beginning of March. They charged personal and business. Total $800-900. I went to verizon in Wentzville store. She said she will figure out to credit to my next payment and figured out this problem.
