The kiosk machine to pay your bill. Its not working properly. I had a hard time paying my bill there.
These guys know what they are doing! I was told by another location I couldn't get a number back and these guys were able to get the number back and take care of everything on the account. They are all super knowledgeable and have A1 customer service. I would definitely suggest visiting this location even if its out of your way, the store is very clean and well stocked also.

This store location is really awful. They do not know how to operate business and have good customer service. I go here many times because it’s in my area to pay my bill in the kiosk. But now I avoid it like the plague, both the manager and employees are nasty. Today I went there a half an hour before closing just to play my bill on the machine. Worst location in Lawrence All staff is lazy,no one seeks to provide service unless you flag them down. Managers are incompetent and unprofessional, they take personal calls,yell at customers,and treat them with disrespect. Do NOT Give them your business
