The inventory manager called me threatening to sue me if I did not return a product that I went there trying to return. They refused and told me to mail it to Verizon. They apparently messed up paperwork and can't admit fault. Verizon isn't the only person who can record a phone call.
Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Been with Verizon since the beginning and never experience such rudeness as from this store, specifically the women with the blonde hair, what a miserable person. Went in there looking to upgrade and all she gave was attitude. Not only to me but the customer before me. I’ve learned I don’t deal with crap or accept this kind of unprofessionalism anymore I just walk out.
I approached this place and was greeted by a blonde lady who had the face that she didn't like her work, bad attitude and not very friendly, terrible customer service
****The female Spanish employee with glasses and no name tag is, confrontational, nasty, bitter and overall unprofessional if you care about having a positive experience avoid her at all costs better yet go to another location. "Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about shopping there - Zhanna the older blond woman can be really tough to deal with. She’s got massive attitude and was even dismissive enough to tell me to just buy from the Apple store instead of offering any real help. Proceed with caution!"
