The Verizon store is the only single building in this 🔺️. That center area has been alot of different🏪 business over the yrs. But you can only enter from 2 out of the 3 sides. No, entry from the 878🛣 side. The other building along side is a few different business that you might find useful 😉?
absolutely disgusted with the team here. I went in asking for help to deactivate my late husbands number and create my own account. They pulled a fast one on me to make not 1, but 3 sales (opened 2 lines that they ultimately did not have to in order to "move my number to my own account" and really got one over on me. The service in the store is constantly just deflecting. The reps always try to have you do it yourself or call. Trust me there is a reason that someone walks into a store versus calling or online. Please treat the cases as such and have solutions.
The sale woman with blonde hair is very rude!!! Same woman from when I got my iPhone 11 in 2019 rude back then, rude today. Came in today because our account got scammed and phones we didn’t order came to our house. We came in to ask some questions and about upgrading our phone.
