Came to this location to activate a phone. Verizon told us over the phone that we needed to show our ID and have the store do it since we couldn't get a verification text. We ended up sitting there for 3 HOURS on the phone with Verizon IN VERIZON. They then told us it could not be done today and we need to open a ticket and wait till they get back to us. These people right here in this store is very disrespectful and have no type of professionalism at all!!!! Soon leaving Verizon anyways but just wanted to let that be known because my family been with Verizon for many many years (10 + years) but those people that work there make it real easy to want to go with any other company but VERIZON!!!
Terrible customer service
I suspect a lot of the positive reviews on this place are fake, given the business seems focused on replying to the negative ones so they obviously care how they appear. (They don't care about being a good resource for their customers though ). Just check out how many one star reviews there are on this place, between a third and a half.
