Needed help activating my Sim on my replacement phone. When I tell you all the guys were so exceptional. Did their absolute best to assist me. Great service as usual
Not to sound like a boomer - but each store should have an individual phone number that the customer can find easily. The google phone number routes to a Verizon call center. They tried to give me the Verizon Sales phone number. They cannot even find the local Lawrence store phone number. BAFFLING.
All the negative reviews about this place is true. Avoid at all costs. I’m sitting here for the 7th time because they screw up each and every time. And there is no way to call this place except to come here. They are walking around like chickens without heads. Simply awful. Managers Tan and Damian were completely useless in helping me. Frustration level is very high.
Placing this review because Verizon is horrible. They are spinning me around to get my phone. No one resolves anything. Maybe this review will get a damn manager to call me and honor my previous order which I have in screen shots of. They flat out lie
