Incompetent that they "lose" a phone supposed to be in an express locker.... making me waste my time twice to go back before work to now get 2nd phone since Verizon didn't believe that they did in fact lose the 1st phone. After 5 hours with reps on phone, which then w my BP up, I was adamant in speaking with a supervisor who helped me with this issue since again no one at the 800# has a clue what their job entails. Verizon should change their express option....less than 2 hours as advertised...mine took 4 hours within 2 day ... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Dont trust this place on ANYTHING they say is FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not free!!!!!!!!!!!!) I went into this place looking to get a phone number changed and an upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro - that's it. (I have 4 devices = 2 phones and 2 ipads) They didn't have the 14 pro in stock and said that I can get 2 new phones free (14 Plus) with a new phone line (which is what I would have to do for a new phone number, I just moved to PA and I needed to get a local number) they also said ... read more
