My experience was great. I came in 30 minutes before closing. I was able to get two lines for me and my husband in less than 30 minutes. The employee that I dealt with name was Rosa. She was very patient and diligent and she saved me a lot of money and they gave my kids goodie bags with water bottles because we were the last customers in the store so I really appreciate it

They “can’t” or won’t help you unless you are purchasing something there. They said it’s something to do with their system but we could do it on the Verizon app… We wanted to change our bill and they said you have to call customer service to make any changes. Last year when I wanted to add another line and make my phone a dual sim they told me that they couldn’t help me and I would need to call customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and just call Verizon customer service.

Went into the store 04/10/25. Issue on maps navigation. The two girls took my phone and proceeded to work on it without asking or telling me what they were doing., The did so many resets then the advised me call apple support. After almost 3 hours with them my phone was still screwed up. Then I went into the Verizon store this morning to see if I could get help in recovery my apple password.. where whatever they did erased all my information. Came in just looking for quotes and the Rep Matthew was very attentive and helpful. He made sure to address all my concerns and needs. I did not feel rushed at all, even knowing they were close to closing. I definitely recommend asking for Matthew for assistance. Thanks to him i’m now a verizon customer.
