Came in just looking for quotes and the Rep Matthew was very attentive and helpful. He made sure to address all my concerns and needs. I did not feel rushed at all, even knowing they were close to closing. I definitely recommend asking for Matthew for assistance. Thanks to him i’m now a verizon customer.

i have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Every single employee in this store is completely incompetent. I ordered a phone to the store (because it was 40 dollars extra to buy it in person?) and the employee told me it would be ready in 2 hours. It took 2 DAYS for the phone to be ready. Then, when i went to pick it up, they told me my ID was not valid. I have had personal conversations with rocks that were smarter and more helpful than every employee in that store combined. Do not go here. I am appalled.

I originally came into the Verizon Store on November 5, 2024 to trade in my phone for my son's Birthday. We were persuaded that just adding a 4th line would be cheaper and decrease our bill. Everything sounded great. We got our first bill and it was approximately $500! My previous bill before this change was $289. I immediately went back to the store (2 weeks after the transaction and within the 30 days) and they said there's nothing that they can do and I would need to wait until the next bill cycle.
