They “can’t” or won’t help you unless you are purchasing something there. They said it’s something to do with their system but we could do it on the Verizon app… We wanted to change our bill and they said you have to call customer service to make any changes. Last year when I wanted to add another line and make my phone a dual sim they told me that they couldn’t help me and I would need to call customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and just call Verizon customer service.

Went into the store 04/10/25. Issue on maps navigation. The two girls took my phone and proceeded to work on it without asking or telling me what they were doing., The did so many resets then the advised me call apple support. After almost 3 hours with them my phone was still screwed up. Then I went into the Verizon store this morning to see if I could get help in recovery my apple password.. where whatever they did erased all my information. Came in just looking for quotes and the Rep Matthew was very attentive and helpful. He made sure to address all my concerns and needs. I did not feel rushed at all, even knowing they were close to closing. I definitely recommend asking for Matthew for assistance. Thanks to him i’m now a verizon customer.

i have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Every single employee in this store is completely incompetent. I ordered a phone to the store (because it was 40 dollars extra to buy it in person?) and the employee told me it would be ready in 2 hours. It took 2 DAYS for the phone to be ready. Then, when i went to pick it up, they told me my ID was not valid. I have had personal conversations with rocks that were smarter and more helpful than every employee in that store combined. Do not go here. I am appalled.
