This review is for the Verizon store located at Oakdale Commons on Harry L Drive, Johnson City, NY. We have 4 cell phones on our Verizon plan. On multiple occasions when ever we had issues, we would call Verizon's 800 #. Every phone call has been met with extremely LONG calls and MISINFORMATION. This is not directed at the Johnson City Verizon, but rather Verizon in general. I had the Verizon landline service which was "supposedly" $20 a month. After taxes, fees, etc the total bill was $32 per month! Are you kidding me?! How does a $20 a month service wind up being $32 a month?! The only reason I had this service was for my 95-year-old mother who needs an old fashioned phone. She had to call 911 only to find out 911 wasn't working!
