Was sold a phone under false pretenses. The sales guy with the cross tatoo told me that I could suspend my line being out the country for long periods of time; that turned out not to be the case, and that was just allowance once for 90 days. Rude sales man and even worse manager. Previous 1-star review was very accurate. I see that verizon replied to his comment but then does nothing to correct the issue in the store. Do not take your business to this store! I wish I could give 0 stars.
Messed up my trade in after everything went through online. Save your time and cash and just pick a different phone carrier.
Horrible, horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Hungry, commission based sales men who will do anything to make a dollar off of you. Went in to get a phone added to out plan. Whoever the John guy was who sold us the phone added a second number plus a bunch of random things that made our plan go up by 70$ more than it was supposed to be.
