Worst customer service
I walked in the store and was basically stared at for a moment or so and finally a gentleman asked how he could assist. He was very nice and gave me what I needed but the rest of the staff was most unfriendly!
Unless you are getting a new phone, it's a wasted trip. They are about as bad as the DMV as far as pushing you to do everything online.
Me and my mom in to trade in our old phones and upgraded to the IPhone 16, which is what I got. My mom got the IPhone 16 Pro. We were very satisfied with the quality of the experience in the store. But I did a phone but it had less storage than my old one (which had 256 gigabytes).
