Xavier Williams helped us upgrade our phones a week ago to Samsung and he was knowledgeable and so helpful. He even fixed the printer so we could get our receipt before we left, we love this store and their excellent customer service! Thanks Xavier for a great experience!

I will try and condense this so it's not book like. But dealing with Verizon's customer service on the phone and in store reads like a very bad horror novel. And just when I thought we got somewhere an in store employee said he would meet us at the Charlottesville store to take care of this situation. Long story short the guy didn't show up even though we drove from Staunton to Charlottesville on a Saturday. Verizon, you are the absolute, unmitigated worst. After confirmed cancellation of all lines, Verizon continued to impose monthly service fees against my 85 year-old, homebound mother, and are now threatening her with collections and deleterious reporting to the credit bureaus for the amounts they illegally billed her. When she tried to call billing to have the charges removed, they told her they cannot talk to her because she "does not have a PIN number".
