I went in to trade my equipment in for a new wi-fi connector. I was promised online and in the store this would be free. After working with Sammy, who didn’t know what he was doing, my bill went up almost $20/ mo and I had a one time charge for $23. Again, I was promised multiple times there was no charges for exchanging my equipment. I’m not sure about you but I don’t like being lied to. Stay away from Staunton Verizon. Still working with management after 2 weeks on getting my bill straight. What a waste of time and money.

Worst customer service
I walked in the store and was basically stared at for a moment or so and finally a gentleman asked how he could assist. He was very nice and gave me what I needed but the rest of the staff was most unfriendly!
Unless you are getting a new phone, it's a wasted trip. They are about as bad as the DMV as far as pushing you to do everything online.
