Verizon, you are the absolute, unmitigated worst. After confirmed cancellation of all lines, Verizon continued to impose monthly service fees against my 85 year-old, homebound mother, and are now threatening her with collections and deleterious reporting to the credit bureaus for the amounts they illegally billed her. Get someone other than short Hispanic dude to help you. He was outright rude to me and walked away while I was still talking to him. Extremely unhelpful! Had i dealt with him initially i would never had gotten Verizon.
Staunton store was nice, quite, and fast service and so we're 90% of the over the phone people buttttttttt never will I ever deal with Verizon again 🤬
