HORRIBLE! I came in with an Amazon purchased iPhone 12 and they didn’t tell me about a mobile hotspot and insurance on a CHEAP iPhone 12 I bought. I find out 6 months later that I had insurance and hotspot on a burner phone. This place sucks. DO NOT go here. There are better stores worth the drive elsewhere. They’re rude, shady, and one of the worst stores I’ve ever been to for customer service. THEY WILL SCAM YOU TO MAKE COMMISSION
