DO NOT COME HERE! My fiancé & I came in on SEPTEMBER 13th to trade in my phone from AT&T for the new iPhone. They stated we would receive the check to pay off my AT&T bill (over $900) within 3 days. I still have yet to receive it. We've called Verizon & come to this store multiple times & nobody wants to help us!!!! The LITERAL worst place to go if something is wrong on your account. They make you wait over 2 hours for problems they caused. Don't waste your time at this location!!!!
