Went in to upgrade my phone at this location. Asked if I could upgrade with offers that I currently have and was immediately recommended to use offers on-line for in store pickup. Horrible customer service to just blow off your customer like that.
We have been longtime customers of Verizon. However after the experience we had in this store honestly I might need to reconsider my loyalty to Verizon. My son had a phone battery start going out while we were on vacation. We called to find out if this store was a corporate store....We were told they are so we went there to trade in the device for a new device. We dealt with Elijah Wilkerson. I walked in to upgrade my phone. Checked in. Did the security step on my phone for them to access my account. When my name was called I said I wanted to upgrade my phone. They asked what kind of phone I had. They said a new one isn’t that much better going from 16 pro to 17 pro. I said “don’t talk me out of it. It’s had been a nightmare dealing with verizon DAVION was a horrible customer service business assistant he painted me a great deal for a business account with a great monthly price it was all lies I’m paying about $600 monthly for some phone lines and some accounts I have no idea I have an still been charged an no other Verizon employee had bother to help fix this issue I have visit the store multiple times asking for her an they just say we will reach out to so an so an I haven’t heard back from no one regarding this issue... read more
