This store is horrible for customer care. My wife went there 7-31-25 for help with international calls. The guy told her to call a 800 number and said he would not even look at it for her. She left there and went to the store on highway 58. The guy there showed her everything she needed to know even helped with some settings on her phone. The store on hwy 153 Hixson is a disgrace to customer service!!!!
I went in to cancel service on a phone that was in my name but had been my mothers who recently passed. They gave me the disconnect number and told me I’d have to do it myself and sent me out to sit in my car and cancel service. This in a facility that had sales people running over each other and about 4 customers.
I was a loyal Verizon customer for many years. Unfortunately, I encountered a frustrating issue when my phone stopped working. I ordered a replacement online, but it never arrived and was marked as “under review” after being lost in transit. I was without a phone for over a week before visiting a Verizon store to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. Sales rep looked down the entire time. Had zero personality and lied to me about the deal I was getting.
