This review is primarily about the staff because every Verizon store has the same products. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and really helped me out.
I have been having issues with a replacement phone been in there twice between them and customer service ive been told 100 different stories my mother is bed ridden and has been without a phn for over a week cause the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and the manager in my book shouldn't be one she has the personality of a wet noodle. As soon as I can i will be getting out of this contract with vzw and going back to att or tmobile
Isaiah, Roy, and Sawyer were amazing to work with. They took the time to explain everything to me and truly helped me make the best decision for my family and I!
Best service in Chattanooga, TN. and surrounding areas!
