I've never been here before, I do everything online. I've been texted and called randomly by people from this store trying to upsell me. I'm not "your" customer, I never went to your store nor want to be bugged by unsolicited upsells. You'd think when I texted them to stop they'd get the message but they called me later nonetheless.
I don’t do reviews often but the experience I had with a Brian last week deserved 5 stars for sure. I was very unhappy with Verizon’s customer service I’ve received from the Redbank location. Their only concern is sales. I was waiting for AT&T to offer a buy out deal with plans to switch ASAP. I needed to add a business line to my plan and stopped into Hixson, Brian went above and beyond assisting with porting and transferring the number.
