Had a great experience here on Thursday. Came in to switch our services from AT&T to Verizon and Kristy went above and beyond helping us with getting through the mess the AT&T had put us in. It took almost 2 hours to get everything situated and she was patient, helpful, and smiling/joking with us the entire time. On top of it all, she saved us so much money on our bill with the switch. 10/10 🙂
