VERIZON IS THE WORST. Nobody in this store helps. They just go in the back and hide for an hour just to tell me something DIFFERENT EVERY SINGLE TIME. I bought a new phone was supposed to get properly credited they show it on my bill that I was credited but then charged me anyways for it!!! They refuse to fix it. Ive called customer service numerous times they said oh 5 business days it will be fixed what do you know not fixed and nobody at this store does ANYTHING but sit on their phones... I really just wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” to Assistant Manager Andrew H at this location on 76th Street in Greenfield. He really went out of his way to help resolve a rather serious issue I was having and did so with tenacity and a great deal of patience. I would HIGHLY recommend this friendly location to anyone.
