Dismissive and completely unhelpful. The woman didn’t even try to help me. Tried to to first dismiss me to the kiosk after I told her I had to pay with a human. Told me, “if you can’t pay at the kiosk I’m gonna have to put you in the queue..” …no one else was in the store, but oHkAyyy… Calls me up two minutes later and proceeds to gaslight me telling me she can’t take my card for payment…I pay with this card in person every month so to gaslight me saying no I can’t, when I JUST DID and have been for several months, is totall... read more
Costumer service is terrible would not recommend talking or getting advice from the redheaded guy. Sorry I don’t get his name. He does not know what he’s talking about and will give you false information and advice. I ended up doing everything myself online and getting exactly what I wanted.
I recently visited this location, and unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. Shawn (I think that was his name) was incredibly rude and impatient during our interaction. It felt like he was more interested in rushing through the process than actually helping me with my concerns. Because of this, I’m more than likely going to stick with AT&T.
