Had to buy my daughter a new phone last might as she was at the base and dropped it with a case on it, but damaged it. She was due to graduate in the morning and headed to her next assignment, so we were in a rush to get it before she had to leave. Granted we made it to the store 15 minutes before closing; however, we were told that they don't help with any setup if customers arrive within 1 hour of closing.
