I have been a dedicated member of Verizon for over 15 years. Yesterday I went into the local store to pay off my old device and to get the latest iPhone. Veronica aka Vern was the sales associate that assisted me. The price she gave me to pay off my device and get into the phone I wanted left enough money available that I could get an Apple Watch with my purchase. So, I jumped at the opportunity. Very helpful staff
Told me my new Motorola phone couldn't be unlocked and would have to buy new phone from them. So had cricket unlock the phone, took 15 seconds went back and now they said phone was not compatible. I said a few choice words and was ask to leave and to go to the Verizon in the mall. I'm so glad I did Jacob knew what he was doing took 30 minutes but he got it done like a champ.. so Mall Verizon yes.... Sherwood way Verizon absolutely not.
