Upon arriving I was welcomed and signed in. Trevor assisted me today getting a new phone and plan. Trevor was kind, professional and efficient. He transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone easily. He went out of his way to get me the best price possible. Trevor and everyone else made my visit enjoyable. Went to upgrade my old phone to my new iPhone 16 pro max. The guy we had was great! He helped me and my mom with everything we needed to upgrade my phone. Was very good at his job. I don’t remember the guys name. Was very nice and very helpful! If I knew his name still I’d like to thank him for helping me out today!
