Sheldon and Rick were amazing! They both had excellent customer service and Sheldon went above and beyond to fix my issue with my new phone!
I got 3 new phones in my name and had them for about 2 weeks and they got shut off, went to Verizon and they called the office or somewhere and they said they shut them off because of identity and they kept telling them that the person that is over the acct was there what did I have to do to prove my identity and they kept saying " im sorry I cant tell you that," im like its my acct why cant you tell me ,so long story short, im stuck with over $3000 worth of new phones that are locked now, that i cant use and I have to pay f... read more

Gibson helped us today and has always been so kind and helpful. We've been with Verizon for several years and he has always been one of the most diligent techs up there. Highly recommend asking for his help if you ever find yourself needing it
