I upgraded my phone yesterday and I have to say it was the most painless and easy process ever. Miller was able to answer all of my questions and everything was completed in no time! 10/10 service at the Gadsden store and 10/10 recommend Miller to help you!
Wife and I both picked up couple new iPhones and Summer was easlily the best tech/sales person I’ve ever had !!! The manager she was also very eager to help and between the 2 it was a very pleasant experience!!!! Highly recommend this store !!
Very unpleasant experience. Walk in 3 workers with 1 customer. I waited 35 mins being the the 3rd customer in the store. That customer with 3 workers left and I still didn’t get helped. I finally left after waiting for someone to help me for 20 mins with no other customers in the store.
the salesperson Brianna was very patient and diligent to answer all of my questions and I made sure I was aware of any benefit I could get in the store that day. but, when I asked for a Samsung Galaxy book Go, which I inspected on the display to make sure it was not a Chromebook, she brought from the back a Chromebook, which is not the device that I asked for. I thought nothing of it at the time, but next time in the store a friend was sold a Motorola phone for 400 or more but was given a slim down lesser model of that phone... read more
