Ron at the Gadsden store is FABULOUS! He's help me 2 different times with different issues, when calling the support line failed (an hour or longer on the phone at least 4 different times) Whatever they are paying him is NOT enough! Thanks Ron!
Discussing me with the customers who were next in line after me and calling me weird is not very nice. Especially when I'm still in the store and hearing all this. It seems my question wasn't something extraordinary to draw such conclusions about me. You are there to explain to customers what they don't understand.
