Discussing me with the customers who were next in line after me and calling me weird is not very nice. Especially when I'm still in the store and hearing all this. It seems my question wasn't something extraordinary to draw such conclusions about me. You are there to explain to customers what they don't understand.

If someone comes in to get help on an issue with spam and they've tried the 611 number with no competent help the last thing you need to say is: "Well everyone gets spam." Then act like it is my fault that the problem is mine. You get paid to help customers who or who's business account has problems. I had decent help in the spring on July 7th it was crummy.
