These people only seem to help if there’s something in it for them. They don’t really care about your issue unless it means adding a new line of service or something they get paid to sale. Worst corporate Verizon store I’ve ever been in!
I had an issue on an account and Rocio went above and beyond customer service to help with my needs. She walked me through the necessary steps with the corporate office. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need top notch service, Rocio is your contact at this corporate location.
My sister went to try and recover her account the son of a b... didn't want to help or give info where she can they sent her to geek squad. Why the hell you in customer service. She had to go west 7f at least they showed superior service.
Checked in and waited over 20 minutes and when 2 staff members became available, they did not come over to us. They stood there talking to each other. Another person came in and got helped right away.
They had no interest in helping me or answering any questions. Was told to leave and call customer service.
