After not having the s25 ultra in stock 3 weeks ago. I placed an online order. Order was sent to the wrong state.. After recovering the package we went to activate. On the phone we were told to go in store. We went to the GB Verizon first, they couldn't help sent us here. We were shuffled around and had zero help. We were provided with a shipping label after asking do we need to return them to fix the issue. They wouldn't call anyone, let alone look our information up like the Grand Blanc store did. Not very much help and very poor attitude
Kenesha Marshall is amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. She is great!
...at one time Verizon was a leader among mobile providers, if not the leader! Lately, more often than not Verizon has drop the ball... No signal, slow network, service completely down/lost during important business hours for loyal customers...etc. offering o form of compensation... and it continues to happen. Verizon shouldn't be surprised as many long term and loyal customers pursue other providers for themselves and family.
