Went in to trade and buy 2 new phones. Worker was trying to rush us the whole time, wouldn't listen to anything we were saying. Kept taking my phone to look at something she'll never find, even though I told her 5 different times. She just kept saying "Oh gotcha 🤓" then kept looking at my phone for another 20 minutes. We went to the Miller Rd. store to get help with my phone service and was "helped" by Dion. He spent most of the time talking to the other employees and put me on the phone with a customer service representative and walked away instead of helping me. When I accidentally hung up on the customer service representative, he came over and yelled at me. I'm not tech savvy and I'm old (I'm 71). I'm not real happy with how we were treated. When I come to the store for help, I'd like actual help.
