I stopped in to upgrade my phone and had an uncomfortable experience. While talking with the salesperson, who was wearing glasses that appeared to have a camera built into them, I jokingly asked, "You're not recording me, are you?" So i had a phone upgrade on my account and I went with s26 was told my bill would be around 80. Its actually 130$. There are so many garbage fees with this service. I was also lied to about trying the 5g internet for 30 risk free, but instead in added another line and more fees. Told me it was 60$ its actually 84$ after fees and taxes of course. Don’t fall for their scam- saying they’ll pay your old phone off if you switch. Been 2 months and never got reimbursed for my $1000 pay off. This place shouldn’t be in business.
