Worst service when you have to go in there several times to have your lines ported when it was supposed to be done long time and not able to fix bill charges or give any explanation. I would put the name here of the store rep but I won’t he should know who he is. Had to do everything online better which has a better service than these store reps.
This is my 2nd time leaving a review, see my first review for rest of story. Love having multiple Google accounts for this reason!! Called this location and actually had a rep answer- usually I just get transfered to customer service. Requested a manager, which I was DENIED. I told this employee what happened- how Verizon erroneously (no fault of my own!!!) Charged me an additional $622 last week. I STILL have not got it refunded and continue to accrue overdraft fees.
