I sat in this Verizon store for 25 minutes without a single employee offering to help me. The workers were not busy with customers—they were all in the back hanging out. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you value customer service, I’d suggest going to another location.

I was having trouble with both my phones on my account and was getting the run around from the app and the online customer service. So I took it upon myself to go to my nearest Verizon store and I was greeted by Lynnwood McFadden. Not only did he resolve my issues that they couldn't do online he had both my phones up and running again in less than 40 minutes. Marco was extremely helpful in getting my new phone activated! I went to the union location and not only did they take customers ahead of me and make me wait a long time, but as soon as they sat me down they tried to tack on additional charges and fees. Glad I was able to be taken care of at the mall road location.
