Verizon has been the worst company that I’ve ever had services with. I always have a problem with my billing and I spend hours/weeks/days, just trying to get one thing completed. I hate it. I’ve been a customer for 7+ years and they still haven’t figured it out.
BEWARE!!!! I don't review much, but this experience was about as deceitful as one can get. I honestly think the company/location should get into legal issues with their unethical tactics. I work for a major corporation and unethical behavior will get you fired no questions asked. This company is the exact opposite and actually rewards their employees for such. Went to upgrade phones. Long story short, I am 3 visits in and still having problems with my bill that not even Verizon corporate can untangle. Also, the people in there are VICIOUS when it comes to getting the sale done, will hound you like there is no tomorrow. Edit: Don't be fooled by their offer below to help resolve it. They were not interested in resolving this until called out publicly in this review. Worst service when you have to go in there several times to have your lines ported when it was supposed to be done long time and not able to fix bill charges or give any explanation. I would put the name here of the store rep but I won’t he should know who he is. Had to do everything online better which has a better service than these store reps.
