Verizon and the employees at this location, KNOWINGLY allowed someone else access to my accounts, allowed them to make changes to my accounts and lied about it. Take your business elsewhere because this type of destructive, illegal behavior shows they're crooked.
The only Verizon store I will use. Their knowledge, helpful customer service, and friendliness is wonderful.
