Shady and unscrupulous business. Get lied to by a salesman who later "leaves the company" and get stuck with a full bill to buy a phone i was supposed to get a promo for.
Try T-Mobile! I did after nearly 30 years of not being valued as a customer by Verizon. I left Verizon after 29 years, 9 months (they purchased my previous provider a long time ago) because of this store and the manager. They suck. They are awful and they suck. Did I mention they suck? This store is often crowded and therefore there's often a wait. I get that, no problem. I don't mind waiting my turn. That's not the issue. The lack of service is. Great people to work with
this place is not the Verizon you wanna go to. funny enough, I recommend the one down the road over by sonic because THAT one helped me immediately. so I walk in THIS one and wanna trade in my phone. im on a family plan and my grandma is the owner of the account and any time any of us come in store to trade in, all we need is her four digit pin and that’s that. these people tell me she either needs to be with me in person (I live three hours away from my family soooo) or needs to make me an authorized user on the account. th... read more
