I have sent several emails to Colby, the salesman that helped us switch. We only got credit for 3 phones that we turned in and not all 4 of them. He also stated that we would receive a virtual card for the phones, which we have not.

After dealing with Verizon over the phone for 2 days and then calling ti make sure the mall rd location had the phone in stock I arrived at the store 35 mins before closing. The sales rep (black male, bald head, glasses) told me there was no way to make the sale happen before they closed. He told me the rep that I was still on the phone with was ill informed and had no idea what he was talking about. Fraud needed to lift something from my account.
