They don't care about the problems they cause you. They just want your money, void your order and then refuse to give you a refund. Refused to print out information for you to report it to your bank so you can dispute the money. Their systems don't sync up so what you see in your account might not be accurate. Will raise you bill for no reason because you posted a bad review for their poor service and poor support. Horrible customer service at the store do not deal with this store. They will take your money, they do not care whether or not your services work and then they do not take a return like their corporate office has stated that they should. INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS WHO DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
Shakoya helped me setup my business accounts and was fantastic. Helped me port from both Google fi and voice which other places failed at. Extremely professional and a stellar experience.
Kayla was very helpful in cleaning off old phone and transferring to new phone. Could never have figures out how to clear out old phone to transfer. NM
