Absolutely worst customer service, not just in this store but through Lancaster and Chillicothe, made 6 trips to stores 12 hrs recorded phone calls to Verizon all to be told the sales rep lied or didn’t know what he was talking about when he sold me my devices. Also these devices where supposed to be overnighted only got one been fighting with them for weeks now about this second phone line. This location is so unprofessional and is ran by amateur sales employees, they are rude and please take you business because when I came here they made my life hell after my upgrade, and now it’s even worse because my bill has increased tremendously. I have been through so much I’m wiriting this late review but this establishment is terrible. The young black gentleman who is dressed up was childish and loud and rude and this was sometime in march 2025, but please do business at a real Verizon retailer.
Ridiculous!!!! What is the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait over a hour? When there’s only 3 customers inside including myself and 5 employees, but noones working? I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years and will never return to this location!
Awesome service. Highly recommended! Kade and the manager were both wonderful to deal with. If you are going to a cooperate owned store in central Ohio please go to this store and avoid the Easton store like the plague. Completely different atmosphere.
